Job Title: Legal Adviser, East

Activities

  • Advisory/Agreements: Advise on, prepare and review assigned legal, commercial and other transactional contracts entered into by the company.

3.) Payment and Cash Executive

Job Title: Payment and Cash Executive

  • Process all bills from the Territories, Plants and Depots on a weekly basis through the SSC on Themis Electronic payment while ensuring the bills paid are correctly posted in SAP.

  • Ensure quarterly card destruction for over 1,000 cards is done timely and efficiently.

  • Retrieve faulty EPTs from the field, configure replacements and dispatch to the various sales areas.
  • Bi-weekly preventive maintenance on the 3 Zebra ZXP series 7 printers to avoid breakdown and print errors.
