Rainoil Limited is recruiting to fill the following positions:
1.) HR / Admin Manager - Rainoil Logistics
2.) Commercial Sales Executive
3.) Station Manager
4.) Station Supervisor
5.) Secretary
Rainoil Limited is an integrated downstream oil and gas company. A prominent player in the Nigerian industry, the company’s operations span across the downstream value chain i.e. Petroleum Product Storage, Haulage/Distribution and Retail Sales. Our primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO) and Kerosene (DPK).

1.) HR / Admin Manager - Rainoil Logistics
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process
- Ensuring that the company’s procedures comply with employment regulations
- Assessing the need for training and designing and implementing training programs accordingly
- Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances
- Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
- Developing and implementing the company’s policies and programs
- Ensuring that all policies comply with legal regulations
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Humanities, or other related fields of study
- MBA or Master’s Degree is an added advantage
- Professional Certification is an added advantage
- 5+ years HR generalist experience, preferably in a logistics
- A minimum of 2 years at managerial level or other HR Executive.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Perfect knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel & Word
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

2.) Commercial Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promotes / sell / secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship -based approach
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited for their needs.
- Research the market and related products and reports market trends.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Humanities, or other related fields of study
- 2+ years work experience in commercial sales and good knowledge in finance, supply, and business operations services
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas sector
- Excellent communication skills.

3.) Station Manager
Locations: Delta & Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promotes safety of life and property within the station
- Ensures that customers are always treated with respect
- Manages the station sales and profitability
- Coordinates the affairs of the station and prevents stock-out.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s / HND Degree with minimum of 2.2 or lower credit.
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in a related role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.

4.) Station Supervisor
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Yenagoa - Bayelsa, Nnebisi - Delta
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains order on the forecourt
- Manages the activities of the Customer Service Attendants
- Ensures proper reception of products – AGO, PMS, DPK at the station
- Promotes customer satisfactions with the station.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's / HND Degree with minimum of 2.2 or lower credit.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a related role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.

Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Writes emails, memos and letters
- Makes arrangements for the meetings.
- Ensures that there is a reminder before every meeting commenced.
- Keeps formal records of groups processes, discussions and decisions.
- Manages databases.
- Answers telephones and responds to inquiries via telephone or emails
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences and Art related field, Masters degree is a plus.
- 1 - 3 years experience in a related role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Word and PowerPoint.
