1.) Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

About the Role

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to lead quality assurance activities in Customer Experience.
  • The Ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, documenting, reporting, and providing feedback on the quality of customer service representatives on all platforms through the review of all interactions/processes within the Contact Centre to ensure they meet company customer satisfaction requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance/control functions to ensure compliance with a total quality management framework across all of Customer Care.

  • Knowledge of using Xcally, Freshdesk and other quality assurance tools is an added advantage.

3.) Territory Sales Executive

About the Role

  • The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) oversees assigned areas to deliver all commercial targets in their territory.

4.) Senior Sales Executive

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

About the Role

  • The Senior Sales Executive (SSE) will be primarily responsible for acquiring new clients for Paga PaaS products and take ownership of PaaS sales pipeline. SSE will be a subject matter expert in Paga developer products, the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and assisting clients in discovering specific-needs.
  • SSE will be expected to work closely with the account management and business support team to follow up and nurture leads through effective communication with prospects, understanding their needs, and ensuring smooth sales and post-sales experience.
  • The candidate should have experience in carrying a sales target, close sales and meet targets.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Responsible for client acquiring target e.g Number of new clients, deals closed, revenue and transaction volume
