1.) Customer Support Agent
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Job Summary
- The Customer Support Agent is responsible for resolution of all enquiries, complaints and requests received via OPay customer support telephone lines, establishing and management of customer relationships.
Key Duties
- Answer all incoming calls from customers and provide resolution to complaints, enquiries and requests.
- Document and report all call information according to standard operating procedure.
- Escalate pending/ failed transactions and other non-First Time Resolution complaints to the Follow-up team.
- Follow up with customer calls where necessary.
- Report service failures and other product related issues observed while taking calls from customers to the call center management for further actions.

Requirements
- Minimum of ND in Mass Communication or related courses
- 1 - 2 years of experience as a call center or customer service agent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Energetic, highly self-motivated and able to work efficiently and productively.

2.) Presales Engineer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Presales Engineer is expected to partner with the Sales and Engineering team to innovate the best technological solutions to meet the business needs of our clients.
- The ideal professional will continuously keep up with the trend, innovations, and development in the different solutions, so as to offer quality and competitive solutions to our customers.
Key Duties
- In conjunction with the marketing and presales team maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support as required.
- Identify opportunities within merchants business operations for improved efficiency through digitization, and collaborate with internal and external partners to implement programs.
- Provide Pre-Sales services for the our merchant businesses
- Keep up with research on payment Solutions and Developments clients
- Ensure quality and technical delivery of all payment Solutions related solutions and should be able to liaise with other solution team leads for smooth integration.
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries, leads by emails or from the sales/marketing team, telephone, and personal visits to customers where necessary.
- Make conscious efforts to develop good communication and presentation skills to engage customers in terms of sales presentation, development and also carry along group members.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information for the solutions.
- Carry out market research on new products, competitor and customer requirement surveys and suggest ways to better position our Infrastructure portfolio.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Must possess skills in the development of quality proposals, quotes and designs for our clients.
- Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects, and company employees.
- Effect any other business the organization requires of your skills & competencies and all other self-initiated or delegated assignments by the supervisor to agreed targets
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field with equivalent work experience.
- Must have at least 5 years experience as a Technical Presales Engineer for a Tech firm or in the FINTECH space
- Business and Marketing Skills required.

3.) Regional Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced high-performing Regional Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- The Regional Manager will be responsible for maximizing our regional sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the regional sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base across the region and ensures a strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales talent across the region.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting merchant relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements and Skills
- B.Sc / M.Sc qualification in Business Administration or any related field
- Relevant prior experience of 10 - 15 years of experience in Sales or Business Development with minimum 5years as a manager or regional lad from, FINTECH (mobile money or payment solutions firm) commercial bank, FMCG, Entertainment, retail, Food & Hospitality, Health, Education, Betting, Transport & Logistics, etc
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
