1.) Head, Accounts & Admin

Job Title: Head, Accounts & Admin

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a candidate who is experienced enough but not currently working. He or she must be ready to resume work immediately if successful in the interview.

Job Role
The primary job roles are as stated below:

  • Responsible for all accounting matters, banking relations, all PAYE and regulatory tax matters, ensuring that all our Institutions are fully compliant at all times.
  • To produce monthly financial statement of affairs of each of the organization. Also, quarterly, half-year and yearly accounts of each of the entities must be produced.
  • Be responsible for all the accounts both internal and external
  • Responsible for handling banking, tax and payroll management, and all other government related regulatory obligations, every month you must produce statement of affairs, showing revenue and expenditure and balance sheet.
  • Responsible for all administrative matters of the listed organizations
  • And any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the management or CEO

Requirements and Skills

  • M.Sc, MBA, B.Sc, BA, or HND in Accounting, with professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, with over 12 years accounting and managerial experience.
  • Age - 35 years and above
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software

Remuneration

  • Expected remuneration for this role is N120,000.00 - N150,000.00 (Gross) subject to review based on productivity, loyalty, and professionalism.

  • We are looking to hire a suitably qualified and experienced individual as Head, Business Development.

Job Role
The primary job roles are as stated below:

  • Responsible for expanding, deepening, growing and managing the membership of the Institute.
  • Arranging courtesy meetings with selected fellows of the Institute.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new membership opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current membership while attracting new ones
  • Developing and setting serious goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Create and manage membership growth incentives, training and advertisement, events leads to both new and old members by maintaining productive working relationship with them.
  • Revolves around good communication and efficient, matured contact with members to deliver value addition services
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with top notch members in order to attract donations in cash and kind to the Institute
  • Planning and preparing zoom meeting presentations for members of the Institute
  • Communicating new products and overseeing the development of marketing strategy and service delivery to all members
  • Writing and submitting performance report to the management every month
  • Develop, present and manage membership marketing growth plan to the management
  • And any other duties that will be assigned to you by management or CEO from time to time.

Requirements and Skills

  • M.Sc, MBA, B.Sc or HND in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Age - 35 years and above
  • Minimum year of experience in similar position is 5 years.

Remuneration

Job Title: Social Media / Digital Marketer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are recruiting a digital marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaign, manage social media content and audience across digital channels.

Job Role

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, bulk sms, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Requirements and Skills

  • BSc. Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate the target audience.
  • Evidence of social media pages managed in the past; please include links to such pages
  • Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g. Google analytics etc)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ability to create marketing plans and social media content schedule
  • Up to date with latest trends and best practices
  • Motion graphics design is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Remuneration
Expected remuneration for this role is N100,000 - N150,000 (Gross) subject to review based on productivity, loyalty, and professionalism.

5.) Graphic Designer / Website Management Assistant

Job Title: Graphic Designer / Website Management Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be a B.A,B.Sc. / HND holder in Computer Science.
  • 3 - 5 years experience in similar role.
  • Age: 30 years and above.

Skills Needed:

  • Strong ability to come up graphic out of scripts or contents.
  • Very sound in English ( Both Written and Oral)
  • Must be first a class guru (not half-baked) in the use of Page Maker, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Desktop Publishing, Power Point, etc.
  • Very efficient in the use of Social media platforms.
  • A good typing speed.
  • Must have experience in website design, hosting, maintenance and updating.
  • Co-ordinate and manage visual discussion platforms such as zoom, for meetings and conferences
  • Must be knowledgeable in relationship interface with Google, Mailchimp, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Personality Traits:

  • Must be truly ready to work and stay on the job, including coming to work on Saturdays if need be
  • Must work with high speed, able to handle and finish many works in a day.

Location:

Remuneration
