1.) Account Partner - EB Sales, Enterprise Business NG

Job Description

  • Increase MTN market share by achieving set target through the acquisition of new accounts as well as development and maintenance of current accounts.
  • Account for the fulfilment of the sales process – from lead generation to bill delivery.
  • Seek new clients and create more business opportunities daily, from existing clients so as to Increase company revenue.
  • Conduct research on potential customers and their disposable income using the data mining system.
  • Carry out continuous analysis of relevant industry, to identify new prospects or opportunities for the corporate sales department
  • Prepare and present all corporate sales (weekly and monthly), contractual documentation and status reports according to MTN quality standards.

2.) Senior Manager - Data and Analytics

Job Description

  • Particip ate in all phases of the data engineering life cycle with responsibilities including writing project requirements, architecting solutions, performing data ingestion development, coaching and mentoring team members, and setting the data vision for the organization.
  • Own and advance the enterprise information (data & integration) architecture strategy
  • Develop vision with Data Architect and manage the execution of deliverables to achieve the roadmap
  • Lead teams to use state-of-the-art tools and technologies to build data architecture and data pipelines to acquire high-velocity real-time and batch data of different sizes and scales
  • Implement an optimized and tuned data pipeline (data ingest, data transformation, data store and data distribution) for new use cases as well as changes to existing functionalities
  • Ensure inbound and outbound data interfaces are appropriately developed and monitored, including that exchanged data is accurate and available when needed

Education

  • An IT related Professional qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience:
9 - 17 years’ experience which includes:

  • 10 years' relevant IT experience with Managerial experience of 5 years or more; and at least 3 years in the Telecommunications Industry
  • broad, hands-on experience building and managing data ecosystems.
  • 5+ years of experience with multiple Data Technologies, including but not limited to, Data Warehouse, Big Data, Data Integration, and ETL.
  • Ability to guide, direct, and mentor team members new to Cloud technology on transition to Cloud environment and foster best practices
  • 3 years hands-on technical project leadership with Strong project management skills, including work prioritization, planning, and task delegation
  • Experience in Scripting and BI tools/Platforms such as Python/Perl, Hive, PowerBI, SQL, Hadoop
  • Experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing deeply technical teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbally) technical information at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in engaging and managing Executives
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles
  • Hands-on experience in on Cloud environments, an added advantage
  • Experience working across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous.

3.) Manager - End User Device Management

Job Description

  • Develop technology strategy, future state architecture and a roadmap for End User Device technology solutions.
  • Provide technical system solutions, determine overall design direction and provide recommendations for complex technical issues.
  • Write and produce technical and operational management documentation, including high-level infrastructure designs, low-level implementation plans and associated operational support documentation.
  • Use recognized methodologies - evidence ITIL, Scrum or other recognized process/Project Management (Agile, Prince2) methodology.

  • Deployment/modification of server environment (Windows Server, Active Directory);

4.) Manager, Disaster Recovery - Information Technology

Job Description

  • Performs business continuity and disaster recovery planning and analysis for medium to highly complex assignments.
  • Work with Business Continuity management to ensure that the disaster recovery (crisis management) and business continuity plans drive disaster recovery (DR) strategy and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain the overall plans for executing all DR procedures and understand their interdependencies.
  • Establish and maintain detailed DR communications and command and control plans through a change management process.
  • Work with the IT technical staff to ensure that disaster recovery solutions are adequate, in place, maintained, and tested as part of the regular operational life cycle.
  • Develop and understand all testing necessary for a successful DR execution.
  • Schedule and lead all DR exercises.
  • Provide ongoing feedback for risk management, mitigation, and prevention.
  • Represent disaster recovery cost requirements in the annual budgeting process.
  • Regularly report Disaster Recovery activities to upper management.
  • Act as liaison for auditing and examination of disaster recovery processes.

Education

  • First Degree or HND in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
  • Possession of appropriate certifications such as Certified Disaster Recovery Manager (PECB), cBCI – Business Continuity Manager, ISO 22301 - Foundation, Lead Implementer, etc.
  • Fluent in English.

Experience:
6 - 13 years experience which includes:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business continuity and IT disaster recovery experience; with experience in supervising others
  • Experience working in a medium-sized organization
  • In-depth knowledge of business process modelling, computer platforms, network and proven project management skills.
  • Strong skills in testing emergency response, recovery support and business resumption procedures.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current business continuity and disaster recovery planning techniques and technologies, as well as the methods used in performing risk analyses and business impact analyses.
  • Experience in preparing, reviewing, and reporting disaster recovery metrics
  • A good understanding of available and emerging IT technologies (disaster recovery tools)
  • Experience and understanding of Infrastructure Technologies, including Windows, Unix, Virtual Machines, Hyper Converged Infrastructure, SAN, SDN, Network and Database.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
