Leadway Assurance Company Limited is recruiting to fill the following positions:

1.) Sales Advisor
2.) Relationship Officer
3.) Insurance Advisor
4.) Financial Advisor

 

Leadway Assurance Company Limited was founded in 1970. Sir (Dr.) Hassan O. Odukale, (KJW, D.Sc., FCIIN). It has a chequered history of being a company with close attention to relationships, having started operations as a direct motor insurance company. Soon the relationship developed to a stage where it has established a deep relationship with the brokers’ network in Nigeria, enjoying 80% of its current business from this source.

1.) Sales Advisor

 

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • He/She must be willing to meet customers on the go and satisfying the needs of the customers on the product and services
  • He/She must have agood communication skills and be willing to work with other team members under minimal supervision.
  • He/She must build a good working relationship and also understand the needs of the customers and been able to interpret the service well.

Requirements
Education:

  • Applicants should have minimum of B.Sc / HND qualification.

Experience:

  • One or Two years working Experience with any Insurance company or any financial institution in Nigeria would be an added advantage.

Skills:

  • A week training would be conducted for better skills acquisition.




Remuneration

  • A minimum monthly income between N100,000 to N150,000 shall be paid including extra 30,000 allowance.
  • A gratuity plan is among the benefits any serious minded and productive candidate would enjoy.

3.) Insurance Advisor

 

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
