- The Science LaboratoryTechniciancontributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all production tasks and Ensures that all documentation complies with the approved standard and manages the central repository file for all SOPs Validation packages for the organization.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Manages the central repository of documentation and acts as a focal point for all documentation matters.
- Keep the timelines for all the timed and routine activities like Annual Product Review Meetings, Quality Meeting, Documentation repository meetings and so on.
- Trends all the quality parameters in order to continuously improve Quality Performance in the company.
- Analyze raw materials, intermediate products, water analysis and finished products microbiologically.
- Partake in stability studies of retained sample.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices in the production section and the entire factory.
- Keep all document ( records of chemical analysis and microbiological analysis ( i.e documentation of laboratory report)
- Taking record of media on weekly basis and reporting same to the QCM.
- Reconciling procured material requirement in the Laboratories.

2.) Customer Service Executive
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Purpose
- To provide effective administrative support to field force and Marketing department at all time.
Responsibilities
- Serves as demand managers for the supply chain operation.
- Liaise with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies for any supports that will facilitate cordial business relations.
- Confirm LPOs and liaise with Medical Sales Representative on product swap, quantity corrections etc.
- Follow up on debts and ensure timely recovery
- Compile global distributor inventories and advise on stock movement.
- Monitor company social platforms and improve traffic on sites by inviting and encouraging internal and external customers to visit company social sites.
- Monitor and manage the marketing calendar and send out prior reminders to regions and territories. Collate and submit marketing program reports from territories to the PM
- Timely collation of weekly and monthly reports from regions and sending of same to the sales and marketing department every month.
- Assist in resolving any marketing function that may be assigned to you from time to time.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the marketing department.

- Develop and create awareness for the company’s Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) products and other products as may be assigned, implement marketing plans for all brands of Tyonex NCD products with measurable Sales outcomes ( MSO)/ Evidence based marketing outcomes ( EBMO) and Increase Tyonex core NCD pharmaceutical business financially and expand her product portfolio.
Scope
- Covers all sales and marketing activities relation to all the company’s NCD products registered or being developed for DEF and Tyonex pharmaceutical businesses from within the Head Office (Primary Location) to other regional offices around the country.
- Management of critical and non-critical assigned administrative materials and tools.
Responsibilities
- Reports to the Chief Executive Officer/COO.
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning ( and developing concepts and visualizing outcomes ) and to tactical activities( operational outcomes ) throughout the country.
- Budgeting and monitoring Tyonex -NCDPs re-order levels by leasing with the sales collection executive.
- Sales & Marketing Training of the field force and providing update Information on Tyonex -NCDPs in the portfolio.
- Preparation of annual marketing plan for the products and implementing the plan after Presentation and due approval from the management.
- Communicating to the field force the approved marketing strategies for the Tyonex - NCDPs.

- The BM is the Chief driver of the Vision 33 among the sales team in his region.
Job Responsibilities
- To develop the Sales and capital budget for the region and be responsible for achieving same.
- Implement policies, processes and incentive systems that will drive optimum performance among the sales team within the region.
- To organize the sales force towards the achievement of the region Sales targets and objectives through the medical/sales reps.
- To control, monitor, supervise and work with the medical/sales reps to achieve set targets.

7.) Company Driver

Job Purpose
- Driver/Dispatcher and their respective functional duties are directly under the supervision of Operation/Admin Officer.
- You are expected to perform the following under mentioned duties and responsibilities while also observing the company’s rules and regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Observe the safety rules on the highway while driving and ensure that you avoid confrontational attitude with any law enforcement agents.
- Start the engine of the engine vehicle but then check for the following:
- Check the level of the engine oil.
- Check the level of fuel.
- Check the battery light and terminals
- Check the horn system.
- Check the water coolant level.
- All vehicles must be kept clean at all times and also wash the vehicles at when necessary both inside the car and outside.
- Wash the vehicle engine periodically to keep them from dust and oil deposit weekly and preferably on Fridays.
- To report any maintenance faults noticed on any vehicle either on the premises or when driving out of the premises.
- Any damage/faults on any vehicle through negligence or carelessness, such expenses incurred on such vehicle shall be borne by the driver concerned.
- Ensure that the safety gadgets such as vehicle jacks, c-caution signs, extra tyre and fire extinguishers are readily available before any trip is embarked on.
- To physically verify maintenance jobs carried out on any vehicle tested accordingly and guaranteed for efficient running performance.
- To purchase diesel for the running of generators, discharge fuel into the generator tank while equally monitoring its consumption level from time to time.
- To perform some other logistics and supplies duties with regards to loading and offloading of company good both at warehouse and the head office when requested to do so.
