1.) Data Cataloguer
Location: Nigeria
The Job
- To ensure reliability and validity of P-code items in FMN Group item master database through effective cataloguing and data cleansing of existing and new stock items.
- Manage Item description harmonization, item release to required business units, new Item requests, and photography details structure for easy identification and further Transfer to Axapta (ERP).
- Implementation of FMN items set up in Axapta (ERP) for newly created items to ensure efficiency and productivity (Parameters including Min/Max, Default Order Setting, Site-Specific Settings & Group Item Category – UNSPSC).
- Maintain unique Item Codes, assign appropriate UNSPSC and avoid duplications across the FMN group (Food & Agro-Allied).
- Assist in Inventory Management Optimization strategies in item identification, specifications, consolidation and duplicate resolution across FMN group (Food & Agro-Allied).
- Maintain a close communication link with procurement and respond to possible queries from Star Trading Company, End Users and vendor(s) regarding consumable spares.
Qualifications
- First Degree / HND in Engineering or Sciences
- Master Data Quality Manager (ISO8000) certifications will be an added plus
Experience:
- 3 years cognate experience.
The Person Must:
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a high level of concentration and patience.
- Have the ability to interpret engineering drawings & data e.g. exploded diagrams, assembling drawings and datasheets, etc.
- Have a good understanding of ANSI, EN, DIN, and ISO standards

2.) Wartsila Technician
Location: Nigeria
Purpose of the Job
-
To ensure service availability, proper operation and maintenance of Wartsila generators and Auxiliaries for smooth supply of power supply to the factory.
The Job
- Ensure the enforcement of safe conditions within the power plant and forthright in assessing impact of action on product safety/quality, people's safety, and on the environment regardless of directives.
- Ensure service availability for smooth supply of power to the factory.
- Operate, maintain and overhaul of Wartsila generators, heat recovery boilers and auxiliaries.
- Take log of generators, heat recovery boilers, compressors and other auxiliaries at the required intervals.
- Interpret faults, analyze trends and generates root cause of plant or engine failure.
- Follow up on the execution of both plant preventive and breakdown maintenance activities respectively.
- Ensures proper documentation of all maintenance activities.
- Carries out other assignment as directed by the supervisor.
Qualification
- OND in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- 3 Years Cognate Experience.
- Experience using Wartsila Engine Operation.

3.) Project Accountant - Sunti
Location: Niger
The Job
- Ensuring correct recording and follow-up of all transactions related to the major projects approved for Golden Sugar Company Ltd and Agri-Palm in their plantation.
- Register and follow-up on all purchase requisitions, advance payments, mobilization payments, purchase orders, part-payments on certification, completed orders with goods received note or approved certification, invoices and payment of all contractors with the correct recording in the accounting records.
- Correct recording of all transactions against approved project ensuring correct and timely tracking against approved budget.
- Quick identification of any cost variances to ensure any potential under or over-budget expenditure is raised with the Project Leader (GM, Sunti Golden Sugar Company)
- Produce timely weekly and monthly reports to ensure projects are monitored regularly from a financial aspect.
- Analyze and investigate variances between the actual project costs against the approved budget, periodically.
- Ability to produce revised forecasts when there is changes to the original budget scope which requires revised forecasts and board approval.
Qualifications
- First Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Professional Certification (ICAN)
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in a similar function from a reputable organization.
The Person Must:
- Understand contract accounting and procurement procedures.
- Have a structured approach to reporting, also be able to produce clear, concise reports which can show both actual expenditure as well as committed and uncommitted expenditure.
- Ability to explain financial figures to non-finance managers and supervisor.
- Be quality driven and pay attention to details.
- Understanding of processes and procedures to ensure integrity of financial and management control of all expansion activities.
- Be comfortable to work in hostile farming environment – compensable.

4.) Mobile Crane Operator
Location: Nigeria
Purpose of the Job

To operate the crane whenever required by any department under the supervision of the shift supervisor and aid the department with completing their scheduled tasks.
The Job
- Carry out daily inspection of the crane and perform routine maintenance procedures as required.
- Operate the crane whenever required by any department under the supervision of the shift Supervisor for effective and safe operation.

5.) Packaging Engineer - Golden Sugar Company Limited
Location: Nigeria
Purpose of the Job
- The Primary Responsibility of the Packaging Engineer is to improve the efficiency, safety and quality of the packaging Equipment (Small packs- Form and Fill Cubeline lines) in the finished product department by implementing proper maintenance processes.
- The Engineer manages project in the packaging department.
The Job
- Utilize predictive maintenance tools for vibration, ultrasonic, infrared, oil analysis, etc.
- Implement a reliability and preventative program in Packaging Station.
- Interpret data and recommend countermeasures.
- Improve the manufacturability of products and packaging equipment. Work with operations on continuous improvement of packaging lines and equipment. This is a hands-on engineering role.
- Troubleshoots and improves new and existing equipment. Partners with operations to gather data to identify root causes and solutions to production problems.
- Originate concepts for new and existing packaging equipment, including support equipment such as conveying, robotics, instrumentation, weight control, and quality systems.
- Manage and engineer approved projects through to completion. Projects will cover a diverse range both in scope and area.
- Effectively communicate ideas and concepts to peers, subordinates and leadership within the organization and across organizational lines.

- BSc / HND in Mechanical, Electrical or any related course.
Experience:
- 5 Years cognate Experience
- Strong Mechanical Experience on Packing Lines will be an added advantage

6.) Packaging Line Technician - Golden Sugar Limited
Location: Nigeria
Purpose of the Job
- Responsible for the safe operation of various packaging equipment on the cubeline which includes start up, operation, and troubleshooting of issues to comply with production goals, company safety guidelines, and good manufacturing practices.
- Conducts minor machine fixes and repairs and work together with maintenance team during major repairs and overhauls.
The Job
- Set up and operate cube forming, drying and packing machines for cube sugar products.
- Control and adjust machine settings as needed to maintain desired line speed.
- Test operation of machines periodically.
- Ensure package and product quality at operating station.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficiently.
- Remove damaged products or supplies, as needed.
- Responsible for accurate production and packaging changeovers as per packaging schedule.
- Maintain a clean work area and clean equipment before and after shift.

7.) Information Technology Officer - Golden Sugar Company
Location: Nigeria
The Purpose
- We are looking for an experienced skilled information technology candidate who will be responsible for supporting network databases and systems, updating system hardware and software and troubleshooting for system errors.
The Job
- Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and minimize end-user, IT Services downtime.
- Responsible for the configuration and installation of approved software on all company-supplied computers.
- Responsible for configuring and installing all hardware, either directly or indirectly, for Golden Sugar Company.
- Accountable for liaison and corrective action on all internet and connectivity issues.
- In charge of running telephone network services.
- In charge of specifying and ensuring the purchase of all GSC computer equipment.
- In charge of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving computer hardware and software issues.
