1.) Head Corporate Communications, Branding & Investor Relations

 

Role Summary

• The role holder will combine the disciplines of finance, communications and branding to provide the investment community with an accurate portrayal of the Bank's performance and prospects
• Preserving and enhancing the company's credibility while positively affecting the bank value relative to that of the overall market is a key facet of this role

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum First Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences or any related discipline
• MBA or related master's degree in Management, communications, social sciences or a related discipline will be an added advantage
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in investment banking, equity research, business development strategy and/or consulting with a focus on the media sector
• Superior financial and investment analysis capabilities, including clear and thorough understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques used by financial and investment professionals
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships across a global organization

2.) Head Strategy & Innovation

 

Role Summary

• The role holder would be responsible for the development and have oversight of the business's corporate strategies to support growth objectives while strengthening the business core to develop and maintain a competitive advantage
• The role holder will also assist in strategy formulation through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and lead cross functional teams in the development of business-wide operational strategies

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum first degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Science or any related discipline
• Master's degree in related discipline and or professional qualification
• Minimum of 10 years Banking experience with at least 5 years in a managerial position
• Hands on experience in performance management, strategy formulation and execution, Business Intelligence, Innovation and transformation
• Exposure to corporate strategy management, with direct exposure to top management strategy formulation and decision making

3.) Team Member – Corporate Communications and Branding

 

Role Summary

• The role holder is responsible for coordinating all internal and external communication of the Bank including branding and represent the Bank to the outside world

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Public Relations or related discipline
• Professional certification in Communications/Public Relations
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge in digital asset management
• Knowledge in communication management
• Knowledge in Media relations

4.) Team Lead – Human Capital Shared Services

 

Role Summary

• The role holder will be responsible for an effective Human Capital (HC) Operation with seamless collaboration with inter departments and external bodies.
• Provide an excellent HC service to staff and promote employee productivity

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum first degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Science or any related discipline
• MBA or related master's degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or a related discipline will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Human Resource shared services preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
• Professional qualification in HR will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) and other relevant labour legislation
• Globally accepted HC best practices and procedures
• Knowledge in Human Resource Management information systems

5.) Administrator – CEO’s Secretariat

 

Role Summary

• The role holder would effectively coordinate activities at the office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) ensuring high quality and error free output and the management of the CEO's Sec.
• The job holder also conduct research and prepare confidential reports as and when required and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum First Degree in Business Administration or related course
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience in a similar role
• Experience in data analytics and reporting required
• Attention to detail and well organised
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
• Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks
• Interpersonal & communication skills (Written and Oral)
