1.) Senior Stock Accountant

 

Purpose of the Role

• Supervise stock accounting and billing of truck of the Terminal

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the team of Billing Executive, Office Boy and Stock accountant and own the Job Description of the entire team.
• Ensure correctness of Stock Accounting.
• Ensure deliveries are made as per stock/release/CMA Balance and product available to deliver.
• Ensure stock loss within targeted parameter.
• Carry out day end reconciliation of Tank Truck Loading and generate report.
• Ensure all MIS prepared and reported in time.
• Coordinate with Lab for release of tanks.
• Coordinate with Operations Department on product availability on daily basis.
• Ensure to maintain vessel performance parameter.
• Design system of record keeping.
• Any other additional job assigned by the Terminal Manager.

Qualification Required & Experience

Key Competencies/ Skills Required

• Bachelor Degree in finance background.
• 3 years’ experience in stock management in terminal operation. Experience for petroleum oil measurement as Inspector for vessel is essential.
• Thorough knowledge in various ASTM standards for Oil Accounting.

Functional

2.) Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor

 

Purpose of the Role

• Implement daily electrical and instrument inspection and records. Ensure safe coordination and execution of all maintenance preventive or corrective activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day maintenance activities of the terminal
• Supervise and coordinate activities for testing, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of a variety of electrical & instrumentation, Mechanical equipment such as pressure gauges, transmitters, transducers, actuators, controllers, transformers, motors, switch gears, relay protection systems etc.
• Develop maintenance plans to improve assets reliability and usage life span
• Implement a preventive maintenance program for terminal equipment.
• Work in accordance with department goals as per the Company Maintenance Policy and strive towards reliability, cost-effectiveness, optimum maintenance and efficiency
• Ensure the observance of safety and fire regulations and good housekeeping practices
• Schedule the activities as per the maintenance plan
• Report and discuss accidents, incidents, near misses, pollution or emission occurrences with the Terminal Manager
• Maintain the terminal area in an orderly manner
• Take additional responsibilities as and when required and advised by Terminal Manager.

3.) Mechanical Technician

 

Purpose of the Role

• Works in collaboration with the mechanical supervisors to maintain the physical assets of the terminal area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the planned preventive, unplanned breakdown, and opportunity mechanical maintenance, refurbishment, repair activities to deliver quality, reliable equipment back to the Unit.
• Provides the day-to-day heavy equipment support.
• Act as maintenance support to Operations when called for to deal with prioritised needs of the terminal.
• Perform all the preventive mechanical maintenance activities and record in respective equipment history books
• Monitor / inspect, oiling and greasing, if required of all equipment on daily basis
• Testing, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Adhere to maintenance plans to improve assets reliability and usage life span.
• Undertake preventive maintenance program for equipment’s as per schedule and record.
• Work in accordance with department goals as per the Company Maintenance Policy and strive towards reliability, cost-effectiveness, optimum maintenance and efficiency.
• Ensure the observance of safety and fire regulations and good housekeeping practices.
• Schedule the activities as per the maintenance plan.
• Report and discuss accidents, incidents, near misses, pollution or emission occurrences.

4.) Electrician

 

Purpose of the Role

• Works in collaboration with the Electrical & Instrumentation supervisor to maintain /troubleshoot and solve electrical issues.

Key Responsibilities

5.) Head – Operations

 

Purpose of the Role

• Monitoring & Supervise the Gantry, Tank Farm & Vessel Operations of the Terminal

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Operations activities carried out in the Terminal are undertaken in an efficient, safe and reliable manner.
• Maintain control of the principle operational parameters.
• Ensure that products enter and leave the terminal storage with minimal loss and complete product integrity.
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures are strictly followed by the staff in the terminal.
• Carry out daily terminal operations in accordance with goals set down by General Manager.
• Ensure that the Terminal meets or exceeds the expectations of all customers with fast and accurate order taking, on-time delivery with the right quantity and quality of products.
• Conduct walkabout to identify areas of improvement, recommend actions for items that need improvements and disseminate and implement best practices.
• Prepare and present daily and other operational reports to the General Manager when requested.
• Represent the General Manager when he is not on site.
• Strive for zero accidents and report all near misses.
• Ensure that HSSE policies are strictly followed.
• Ensure adherence of PTW System, Incident Reporting System, Legal Management System.
• Conduct training for Terminal staff periodically on Operations.
• Ensure all stationary, consumables are available in the Terminal at all time.

Qualification Required & Experience

Key Competencies/ Skills Required

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Ten to fifteen years’ experience Terminal Operations.
• Have experience in handling vessel operations.
• Have operating knowledge in Terminal Automation System.
• Have thorough knowledge in stock accounting.
• Have knowledge of ISO

• Have thorough knowledge in ASTM procedure for oil operation and measurement
• Have thorough knowledge in Safety Systems & Procedures.

6.) IT Support Officer

 

Purpose of the Role

• Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Talk to users through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Replace parts as required.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Support the roll-out of new applications.
• Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).

• 5 years’ experience in the field of IT support function, preferably in refinery/terminal environment is desirable.

Functional

• Computer networks – responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining the computers, LAN, WAN, Communication systems
• Desktop support – direct user assistance
• Hardware maintenance – to maintain and repair computer hardware, computer peripherals such as printers/ scanners, LAN/ WAN hardware etc.
• Software applications – Software applications such as Windows, MS Office, ERDMS software of NPA, any other software applications used in the Oil Terminals.

• To functionally and administratively supervise all activities in the Human Resources Department.

8.) Stock Accountant

 

Purpose of the Role

• Maintain stock of the Terminal

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare outturn on daily basis and prepare product stock of the Terminal.
• Maintain various importers account and distributors account on daily basis.
• Check the stock vs release availability and authorize in systems to prepare dispatch advice.
• Prepare various MIS reports for the Management.
• Settle discrepancy in stock/dispatch/release/DO with Importer/Distributor/Bank.
• Any other additional job assigned by the Terminal Manager.
• Coordinate with laboratory for release of tank. Discuss with Operation In-charge about the day’s operation planning.
• Instruct Tank-farm Operator to line up tank, Pump House operator to line up pump.
• Monitor and control vessel unloading operation and maintain log.

Qualification Required & Experience

Key Competencies/ Skills Required

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Two years’ experience in stock management in terminal operation or experience for petroleum oil measurement as Inspector for vessel is essential.

Functional

• Basic office skills, including computer, data entry, and word processing skills, are necessary for receiving, processing, and tracking inventory.
• Thorough knowledge in various ASTM standards for Oil Accounting
• Operationally oriented and comfortable working in a production plant environment and experience with multi-plant operations would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities
