1.) Group Executive, Technology
PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC) Nigeria - Our client is a top player in the Agribusiness Value Chain and Consumer Goods in West and Central Africa, with special interest in Plantation, Inputs-Provision, Sourcing, Origination and Processing.
They are looking to recruit a competent person to fill the position below:
Job Title: Group Executive, Technology
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The incumbent of the role will be responsible for driving an efficient utilization of Information Technology (IT) to achieve the business aspiration and transformation of the organisation.
- He/ She will be pivotal to the digital transformation of the organisation as well as provide leadership for the IT functions and the execution of the IT Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
The individual will:
- Create and implement technology strategies.
- Align the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals,
- Identify key technologies that can improve the company’s service promise
- Recruit, onboard and train applicable IT personnel.
- Supervise the networks and computer systems/devices to ensure optimal performance including undertaking an efficient software and hardware management.
- Drive efficient Data Management
- Develop and maintain IT Policies and Standards.
- Direct and establish IT-related projects.
- Plan and direct the implementation of new IT systems.
- Ensure appropriate security over data and IT infrastructure.
- Present reports on the group’s technology status, goals, and progress.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Second-Class upper University Degree, preferably in Computer Science / Engineering or related fields.
- Must have minimum of ten (10) years cognate experience, with at least 2 /3 years’ experience working as part of a Management team.
- An MBA /certification in related studies or equivalent postgraduate management degree will be an advantage.
- Relevant experience in Business and Process Transformation.
- Data protection and cyber security skills.
- Good understanding of NAV Business Central.
- Should understand standard language for accessing databases (SQL).
- Willingness to travel within the country at short notice.
- Preferably 35-40 years old.

Job Summary
- The incumbent of the role will be responsible for the procurement as well as management of the In-Growers for the business in an efficient and timely manner. He will also manage the supply of key commodities, as well as implement a cost-effective strategy for all procurement initiatives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
The individual will:
- Devise & Implement the procurement strategy for key crops
- Conceptualize, implement & monitor the In-Grower program for key crops
- Strategize and Implement the inter-connectivity of group companies for key crops
- Develop and foster sustainable and strategic partnerships with key local buying agents and business farmers
- Develop strategies to foster long term, sustainable procurement volume and value delivery
- Develop local crop supply & demand for company key crops
- Drive the procurement target on a daily, weekly & monthly basis during the buying period
- Manage and develop a team of regional procurement managers and branch procurement managers for sustained business delivery
- Formulate and adhere to the procurement standard operating procedures for the company
Requirements
- Minimum of 2:1 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- MBA from a reputable Institution will be an added advantage
- 8-10 years of cognate experience in either a Procurement position or an In-grower position with reputable companies in Nigeria
- Candidate should not be more than 35 years at the time of application

- The incumbent of the role will be responsible for the growth, distribution, sales throughout, and marketing of company products and to achieve its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
The individual will:
- Devise and implement the company’s sales and marketing strategy
- Manage the profits and losses for the key distribution products
- Deliver the local sales target for Soybean Meal, Soybean Oil and Rice
- Develop and foster sustainable and strategic partnership with key accounts & key distributors
- Develop institutional business for long term and sustainable business delivery
- Drive the sales target on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
- Manage a team of regional managers and area managers for sustained business delivery
- Formulate and adhere to the sales & marketing standard operating procedures for the company.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2:1 Degree from a reputable University.
- MBA from a reputable Institution or membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
- Between 8 -10 years of cognate experience working in a senior position with reputable bulk food / edible Oil Companies in Nigeria.
- Experience working with multinational companies in the food sector operating in Nigeria will be an added advantage
- General understanding and knowledge of the key consumer goods markets in Nigeria.
- Strong customer relationships in the FMCG Sector.

Job Summary
- The incumbent of the role will be responsible for ensuring that the processing objectives for the company are achieved in a timely, cost-efficient manner in line with set quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement the company's processing strategy
- Deliver the local processing volume targets
- Develop and foster sustainable and strategic partnerships with key local processors for crops
- Drive the achievement of the processing target on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Manage and nurture a team of processing officers in various locations.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline from a reputable university (Minimum of 2:1).
