1.) Lines Mate
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The Role of the Distribution Linesman-Mate is to provide support to the linesmen in performing preventive as well as assisting in planned maintenance schedule/ activities on the distribution network.
Job Responsibilities
- Support experienced linesmen in performing operations and maintenance tasks within the network.
- Assists linesman in clearing electrical faults.
- Acts as custodian of line tools and materials at site and ensuring clean and safe keeping after the day’s work.
- Participates in performing line patrol and periodic maintenance of the right-of-way of new construction or existing lines, where necessary.
- Participates in relocating, rebuilding, and adding poles on existing lines where necessary.
- Provide aid to the linesmen during replacement and repair of service drops, as directed.
- Carries out all work in accordance with the company’s standards, policies, and procedures
- Adhere to HSEQ policy and issued safety instructions in performing assigned task.
- Perform any other duty as requested by the Linesman/ Supervisor
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years experience.
- NABTEB Trade Test I, II,III or equivalent
- Not more than 30 years old.

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Inspecting and preparing loads that need to be moved.
- Setting, aligning and leveling heavy equipment machinery.
- Selecting the appropriate rigging gear.
- Preparing rigging equipment including beams, pulleys, clamps, and bolts.
- Inspecting rigging before final use.
- Monitoring and maintaining rigging equipment.
- Manoeuvring loads using heavy equipment machinery and by hand.
- Ensuring compliance with state and company safety procedures.
- Communicating with the rigging and construction team.
- Breaking down rigging equipment and conducting post-rigging inspections.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum Level 1 NCCCO certification.
- 3+ years working as a rigger.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
- In-depth knowledge of rigging equipment and heavy machinery.
- Excellent hearing and vision.
- Ability to work at heights and in noisy environments.
- High-level mathematical skills.

Job Description
- The main duties of a RAN TL include providing support and guidance on RAN Network Elements and maintaining network elements by providing remote and onsite assistance if required.
- RAN TL should also be ableto perform network analysis to troubleshoot issues and coordinate communications between the customer, other operations domain and field team for the resolution of an E2E issue in the network.
Responsibilities
Following are the standard job responsibilities of a RANWireless TL:
- High-Level customer engagement on Network level KPIs and faults.
- Coordinating team members for efficient and timely faults resolution on the RAN network.
- Inter-domain coordination for E2E network faults resolution.
- Higher-level support for team members on technical issues.
- Organizing and coordinating training for team members and other domains on new features and competence domains.
- To solve UTRAN technical issues, working with radio planning as required.
- To organize coordinate training for the field team, on new hardware and competence domains.
- To provide support and guidance to customers for operations and maintenance of network elements.
- To coordinate the communications between customer, operation’s team, and field support system.
- Develop and coordinate a concise Preventive maintenance and backup schedule for RAN NEs, with field support.
- Fully own and drive major RAN KPIs, viz Cell Outage, VSWR, Network Alarms, TCH, WCL to customer acceptable minimum.
