Location: Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Driving a van and selling products to customers.
  • Delivering purchase orders and informing existing customers of new products.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure optimal customer services.
  • Preventing damage to the delivery van and the company products being transported.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the interior and the exterior of the van.
  • Performing basic van maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure, and gas and oil levels.
  • Increasing sales by promoting products and analyzing competitor behavior.

  • The Backend Engineer is required to produce and implement functional software solutions for web clients and application backends.
  • You will be using the Spring, angular, and Java programming language.

8.) Packet Core Engineer

 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Performs Active Alarm/KPI/Fault monitoring of all Packet core nodes including but not limited to: (MME/MPG/DNS/SAPC)
  • Perform low-level preventive maintenance
  • Trouble Ticket Handling/Management within SLA
  • Trigger Escalation matrix where applicable
  • Treat out of trend targeted Service KPIs as per agreed ways of working
  • Incidents Handover/ Notification via Phone call/Email/WhatsApp
  • Attend to Internal/external customer queries to the front office in a Timely Manner
  • Preliminary investigation of subscribers’ complaints (General/VIP)
  • Perform Access Management for Planned and Routine Network Maintenance
  • Perform pre/post checks during Planned activities
  • Share Periodic Performance stats reports within timeline and at an agreed frequency
  • Generate relevant Network performance reports within the timeline
  • Attend to Adhoc reports/requests in a timely manner
  • Assist in KPI Performance Improvement

  • Ensure compliance to MSTOP processes guiding 1st level Operations (e.g Event/Incident Management)

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7+ years in the telecom industry for a similar role.
  • Domain: Packet Core native and virtualized systems, Clouds, and IP networks.
  • Good understanding of Cloud Native and 5G.
  • Experience from work as an Integration Engineer.
  • Knowledge of Ericsson Solution, vEPC, EPG, MME, PCRF, SAPC.
  • Cisco, Juniper, F5, Fortinet Knowledge
  • Experience with Open stack, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Experience in Scripting and python.

Job Summary

  • Now we are looking for Solution Architect for Network design and Optimization, someone who can provide end-to-end solutions on multiple technologies and stream.
  • Drive end-to-end process review to strengthen and optimize solutions, processes and methodologies leading to higher efficiency and quality assured delivery.

Job Description

  • Drive End to End from Network Design to Acceptance on multiple technologies and multiple streams under the NDO domain, including but not limited to:
  • Budgets analysis
  • Initial system design and dimensioning
  • System dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis
  • Coverage planning, site identification, evaluation, NW planning, interference analysis and optimization using EDOS DP.
  • Network optimization to meet design targets and Final NW acceptance with customer.
  • Responsible for the analysis and enhancement of GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks.

Responsibilities Include

  • Proposal for coverage/capacity enhancement, Network optimization to meet the acceptance target.
  • Provide a Global Overview of the network status, identifying all potential actions to improve the network
  • Customer engagement in advanced technical discussions to understand customer requirements and propose strategic advice and direction
  • Provide Radio network strategic and architecture planning, ensuring robustness, scalability, interoperability, and appropriate technology
  • Able to suggest parameter changes, features for KPI improvement GSM/WCDMA/LTE network.
  • Responsible for Final Acceptance of the network, to meet the requirements coverage and KPI.
  • Work across disciplines at any point in the project lifecycle, from strategy to design to implementation to operations and maintenance
  • End to End process review to strengthen and optimize solutions, processes and methodologies leading to higher efficiency and quality assured delivery
  • Engagement with Managed Services teams to plan and coordinate common activities and develop synergies leading towards common goals
  • Setup governance processes to ensure all individuals and service centers (GSCs) from different project streams are performing at the expected levels and adhering to agreed SLAs
  • Setup alignment, communication, and processes between NDO and other project streams including NRO, Sales, EP and MS

Qualifications / Requirements / Skills

  • At least 10+ years of multi-technology experience in Radio Networks Design, Optimization, Strategic Planning, and Solutions.
  • Must have team leading and management experience.
  • Must have customer-facing and engagement experience especially with senior management.
  • Extensive work experience designing, tuning, and optimizing high-capacity wireless GSM, WCDMA, HSPA+ and LTE networks using RF engineering technology.
  • Good hands on experience on Ericsson NW Design Tools, Radio Products, and Solutions (GSM, WCDMA and LTE).
  • Good understanding of advanced and complex radio networks to be able to assist with advanced optimization and creative design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship development with customers.
  • Market insight, up to date with new developments in related technologies and product Financial understanding.
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree and above in Electronics and Communication or relevant fields.
  • Above 10 years of versatile experience in Planning of Radio Networks.
  • Strong Experience on EDOS Tools – ACP, AFP, ERA, TPS, ECO, ENCP.
  • Good command on MS Office esp. MS Excel and PowerPoint and Hands on experience with common tools (TEMS, MapInfo, ACTi, Nemo, ITK, AMOS, etc.)

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise real estate development staff in the development of permanent affordable housing
  • Lead all real estate development operations, including:
    • Coordinating financial packaging
    • Securing acquisition, predevelopment, construction, and permanent financing
    • Securing entitlements
    • Building community support and working with various internal and external stakeholder groups
    • Supervising architects, consultants, property managers, contractors, and other development team members; and
    • Monitoring development, construction, and lease-up processes
  • Lead department in identifying acquisition opportunities, including defining each project’s services program; developing acquisition and funding options; and evaluating overall project feasibility.
  • Lead negotiation of all major agreements and financing documents, including limited partnership agreements, loan documents, construction contracts, architectural agreements, and property management agreements.
  • Lead overall progress of projects in terms of budgets and timelines.
  • Work closely and effectively with the supportive services team to create supportive service plans and agreements, define each project’s target population and unit mix, and incorporate design recommendations.
  • Train and support real estate development staff to be effective and technically excellent.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field.

  • Work with departments at Imagine Housing in furtherance of Imagine Housing real estate projects and to define procedures and processes that facilitate the organization’s work.




Education and Qualifications

  • Ten (10) or more years experience in housing development, business, finance, urban planning, or a related field, preferably for a non-profit, government agency, or private financial institution, OR
  • A relevant Master’s Degree with seven (7) years or more experience in housing development, business, finance, urban planning, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of management experience.

Required Skills:

  • Experienced and technically proficient in all aspects of affordable housing development, including finance, entitlement, and design, construction, lease-up, and operations.
