1.) Financial Advisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

Build good working relationship
Understand the needs of your business customer
Research the market and related product.
He /she must present the product or service favourably and in a structured ,professional way face to face to customers.
Listen to customer requirement and present appropriately to make a sales,maintain and develop relationship with existing customer in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Cold call to arrange meeting with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Respond to incoming emails and phone requires.
Challenge and objections with a view to getting the customer to buy benefit.

Requirements
Education:

B.Sc / HND

Experience:

2-5 years working experience especially in sales profession

Skill:

Good communication skill,
You must be able to express yourself and able to persuade.

Renumeration

Good allowance monthly + fat commission, in addition and provident fund account (pension) plus other incentive

Job Description
Your job responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:

Sales of all company products
Business Acquisition Management. .
Clients/Brokers Relationship Management.
Deliverables Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of Branch Operation Plans with specific focus towards product availability, distribution and activity management; Facilitate the business planning and implementation process for the business.
Ensuring alignment of volume and market share objectives for the retail business – facilitate for products Monitor and evaluate achievement of sales against expectation
Ensure cost efficiency in all aspects of Branch operations including fixed costs.
Customer Relationship Management Interact regularly with the customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship Review of selling arrangements to ensure adequate focus to the business.
Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospects database.
Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct mail) to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.

Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct marketing and sales reporting purposes.
Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
Daily visitation to existing clients, brokers, banks, Insurance and companies to solicit for patronage, resolve issues, receive premiums.
Ensure daily writing of Call reports of all visitations

A Bachelor's degree in related field, MBA ( added advantage)
A professional qualification of CIIN, NMIN and other recognized marketing professional Institutions.

Duties

Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones
Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
