1.) Project Manager - Buildings

Duties / Detailed Description
What duties will you have?

You will monitor contract management, take over customer acquisition and prepare tenders.
You will also report to the regional manager and monitor the technical completion of work.
You will use personnel in the most cost-efficient manner and will monitor all aspects of this.
You will control the work schedule, calculations and the results within the project.
You will have a degree in building engineering (bachelor or masters degree, diploma or equivalent qualification from a polytechnic or technical university).
You will also have at least five years of experience in a similar function and have the appropriate technical competence and expertise.
Ideally, you will already have worked abroad where you will have gathered some experience.
You will have good spoken and written English skills.
You love working in a team; you are flexible and have an entrepreneurial approach.

Requirements
What skills must you have?

You will have a degree in Building Engineering (Bachelor or Masters degree, diploma or equivalent qualification from a polytechnic or technical university).
You will also have at least five years of experience in a similar function and have the appropriate technical competence and expertise.
Ideally, you will already have worked abroad where you will have gathered some experience.
You will have good spoken and written English skills.

2.) International Intern Recruitment (Business Administration / Industrial Engineering)

We offer students (m / f / d) the opportunity to complete their compulsory internship at our parent company Julius Berger Nigeria Plc in Nigeria for 5-6 months.
The deployment takes place on one of our major projects in infrastructure construction and in the technical office of the regional management.

3.) Project Manager, Facade

Description

We are looking for a suitable candidate for a complex facade renovation project of a high-rise building (dismantling of the old facade and renovation). Are you interested?

Duties
What duties will you have?

You will monitor contract management and prepare different variants.
You will monitor projects, quality, progress and costs and are responsible for customer acquisition and the preparation of tenders.
You also will report to the regional management and monitor the technical implementation.
You will deploy staff in a cost-optimised manner and keep an eye on everything in this regard.
You will control the performance plan, the calculation and the results in the project.

Requirements
What skills must you have?

You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
