1.) Deposit Mobilization Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

To drive the deposit mobilization arm of the business.
Develop and implement a business plan for identified target markets with identified volumes to drive high volumes of new deposits to the company.
Develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and also manage withdrawal attrition.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors
Build new relationships with existing customers and new customers
Ensure fixed deposit account opening form is duly completed and registered
Advice client of deposit status
Innovate and develop attractive value added deposit products together with the Marketing Department to achieve the overall deposit targets.
Innovate and improve ways of rewarding depositors in terms of interest earning on ordinary deposit, and fixed deposits
Liaise with Branch Supervisors to ensure that, due diligence is always enforced to meet the requirements of the regulator and also protect the interest of both the depositors and the organization.

Accountabilities

50M fixed deposit per month
Pipeline and lead generation

Key Performance Indicators - KPI (Performance Measures & Targets)

Meeting 100% of sales target
Ensure deposit portfolio is in line with the Banks approved Cost of funds
Establish a minimum of 8 new accounts monthly.

Academic Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
3 to 5 years in a similar role.

2.) Loan Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

Source for borrowing clients within specified catchment area
Administer all aspects of client relationship from customer acquisition to loan request evaluation and application, management and timely repayment
Ensure close monitoring of disbursed loans in their portfolio to ensure that delayed payments and defaults are kept to the barest minimum.
Develop sound knowledge of client businesses
Ensure client files and documentation are kept up to date
Contribute to development and marketing of new products and services based on client interactions, in line with the bank’s strategy.
Build solid customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction
Ensure customer retention within parameters specified by management.
For group loans, administer group formation, lead group meetings and ensure timely repayment of group loans
Ensure achievement of approved business targets in compliance with lending guidelines and other regulations.
Prepare performance reports for management as required

Qualifications

First degree / HND in finance, management or other numerate discipline
Proficiency with MS Office tools especially Word, Excel
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in microfinance lending
Familiarity with group lending operations
Familiarity with banking applications preferred
Professional certifications in HR, Project management or IT is an advantage

Job Description

Review Customer debtor's list, Contact customers to bring current their respective loan accounts.
Meet with customers to work out over due accounts with payment options.
Regularly updating customers’ accounts and liaise with marketing department.
Working with the bank lawyers, initiate legal actions against customers that refused to pay.
Monitor accounts to maintain loans obligations are current, contact overdue account holders for payments.

Qualifications

First degree / HND in finance, management or other numerate discipline

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in microfinance lending

Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible

Operates video cameras, on location or in the studio, in the production of professional pre-recorded programming.
Designs, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions.
Computer edits video segments on a variety of tape and digital formats.
Completes trouble and preventive maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment; assists in repair and upkeep of studio and production sets and properties.

Job Description

Apply makeup to clients using a color palette and different tools such as mascara, sponges, eyebrow shapers, lip liners, brushes, and applicators.
Use different methods to create various unique looks.
Apply makeup for various events and outings.
Set makeup with hairspray or other setting material.
Apply touchups as necessary.
Remove makeup from clothes if some is transferred.
Use photographs or models for reference when consulting with clients on ideal look.
Purchase cosmetics and applicators from vendors and negotiate prices.
Ensure makeup looks natural and well-applied under different lighting.
Match skin color to color palettes to determine best looks.
Suggest skin care routines.
Work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Wipe off makeup and reapply if client is unsatisfied.
Maintain awareness of health and safety issues and legislation.

Requirements

Job Summary

We are specifically looking for experienced drivers that can drive either Toyota Hilux, Taccuma Pick Up or Mitsubishi CanterTruck.

Job Description

Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
Alcohol must not be consumed or present whilst on duty.
Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times.
Ensure vehicle is kept secure at all times.
Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, Brakes, tyres, etc.
Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly by official manufacturer’s specifications.
Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs, prepare vehicle spare parts inventory
Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operations, Maintenance, expenses, mileage, at end of each month.
Assist the Admin Officer to ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule.
Assist in the purchase of new vehicles as required.

Minimum of 5 years experience as a driver

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

Ensure carryout daily routine inspection on all plumbing work and fix leakages
Fix water leakage, W.C. Flushing issues
Weekly cleaning of chamber and use keng-rod to clean drainage line
Daily office inspection and fix if there is any defect on time
Monthly overhead water tank cleaning is a must
Monitoring of water supply to the overhead tank, endure backwashing domestic water before pump to overhead tanks.
Ensure carry out all type of plumbing work, repair, fixing of leakage, repair of faucet, kitchen sink tap, servicing of flushing systems.
Installation of water pump, pressure pump and water tanks
Ensure effective evacuation of sewage
Ensure keeping record of plumbing materials
Avoid misuse of gum, blade, Teflon tape and other plumbing material
Follow company rules and regulation
Follow safety procedure and attention to details.
Submit daily, weekly maintenance report.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of Trade Test Certificate or its equivalent
Previous experience as a Plumber in a well-structured organization.

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

Inspect, Repair, assess, diagnose and maintain parts of generators.
Carry out daily check-up on generators and submit daily report to line supervisor
Carry out periodic service of the engine, radiator at regular interval and maintain service record of generators, Include repairing and installing automatic as well as manual switchgear
Maintaining generators in terms of cleaning and changing the filter and changing oil, radiator coolant.
Maintain record for spare parts and maintain stocks for engine oil, filters, fan belt, battery, battery terminal, hoses and coolant etc.
Submit daily generator usage and monitoring of fuel consumption.
Carry out weekly detailed inspection on all generators
Maintain battery and battery terminal
Carry out periodical washing of radiators, internal washing and flushing.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of Trade Test Certificate or its equivalent
Minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO with at least 2 years experience.
Previous experience as a Generator Technician.
Have hands-on experience on troubleshooting and encounter fault of generators 33 to 300KVA
Must have knowledge on electrical work on generators, like key module, charging alternator, AVR, trouble shooting of water temperature, oil pressure, and frequency.
