1.) Store Keeper
A Real Estate Development and Civil Engineering Company located in Kutunse has vacancy for the following positions: Store Keeper
Job Description
• Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
• Track, document and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
• Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments and returns
• Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
• Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records and withdrawals from the stockroom
• Responsible for packing, pricing, labelling and returning supplies .
• Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment and minor repairs
• Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
• Create purchase orders and utilise purchasing card to perform low-value procurement activities
Qualification Required & Experience
• Degree or HND in related field.

Job Description
• Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits
• Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting orienting, and training employees.
• Assesses safety and finance goals.
• Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating and selecting contractors.
• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
• Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
• Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
• Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
• Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with. and enforcing codes.
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND in Construction Management with 3 to 5 years experience.

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress .
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Utilise industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Plan and manage project meetings
• Manage relationship between clients and all stakeholders
• Delegate project tasks to subordinates based on individual strengths and experience levels

Job Description
• Demonstrated knowledge in all components of property leasing, real estate management and associate legal requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish effective business relationships with clients.
• Skill in organising resources and establishing priorities.
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of real estate property management. development, and construction principles and techniques
• Knowledge of general maintenance requirements for buildings, to include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general repairs.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods and techniques in area of speciality
• Ability to supervise workers, to include organising, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments
• Organising and coordinating skills
• Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements
Qualification Required & Experience
• Degree in Estate Management in a recognised University with 2 to 5 years work experience.
