1.) Head, Risk & Assurance Operations
Location: Nigeria
The Job
- Define the vision/target for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Continuity and Compliance, units and develop a roadmap to implement it.
- Design, maintain, enhance, and review risk models for physical and financial exposures. Test risk calculations evaluate model assumptions against fundamentals and communicate suggested modelling/valuation enhancements to achieve better valuation and risk quantification. Communicate effectively with Executives, Operations, and Finance teams on inputs and assumption.
- Provide critical thinking around risk reporting processes, quantification, and analysis
- Ensure the ERM Framework is effectively designed and timely updated, taking into account the risk profile of the group and industry good practice.
- Ensure that ERM is embedded across the group, working collaboratively with key stakeholders and business managers.
- Help design and implement a suitable Business Continuity Management (BCM) system for the group.
- Engage with Executives, Senior Management and their teams to ensure that the Business Continuity programs are being executed effectively to mitigate risk.
- Provide oversight for compliance with statutory requirements, tracking of compliance issues and their resolution.
- Ensure alignment of FMN practices with regulatory requirements.
- Manage third party inquiries by external stakeholders on compliance gaps.
- Scope and manage key strategic initiatives related to compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Advise on and establish practical mitigations and contingency plans to address out of tolerance strategic risks/adverse incidents.
- Identify, recruit, train and develop key managers in the Risk and Assurance Operations function.
Qualifications
- First Degree. Accounting, Sciences or Engineering
- MBA, Professional Qualification such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified by the Business Continuity Institute (Added Advantage)

2.) Gas Turbine Manager
Location: Nigeria
The Job
- Ensure adequate Spares planning and tracking for Turbo machineries and auxiliaries.
- Ensure people capability development for optimum performance.
- Ensure turbo machineries reliability, availability at all time and eliminate catastrophic failures.
- Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules and follow up on maintenance completion and effectiveness.
- Prepare Maintenance Cost, monitor cost expended for Month To Date (MTD), Year To Date (YTD) and evaluate as against annual budget forecast.
- Constantly review and improve on the Maintenance approach for improvement.
- Analyze and evaluate equipment Performance as against required Standards.
- Ensure reduction in OEM interventions on repairs of breakdown on turbo machineries and auxiliaries.
- Perform detailed RCFA on a failed equipment or process and put further preventive actions in place.
- Monitor operation and loading of gas turbines in an efficient and economical manner.
- Observe all health and safety regulations in accordance with FMN safety policies.
- Prepare adequate reports and documentations to be in conformity with OPEX (Operational Excellence) drive.
Qualifications
- First Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Instrumentation.

3.) Brand Manager
Location: Nigeria
The Job
- Develop and implement plans and strategies to grow assigned brands in order to increase market share and sales revenue
- Prepare integrated marketing communication briefs for advertising agencies and media partners to ensure clarity of brand objectives and positioning
- Collate, summarize and maintain all market-related information on assigned brands to facilitate management decision-making process through accurate reporting
- Monitor and evaluate integrated marketing communication activities on assigned brands to ensure compliance with approved brand budget, enhance brand positioning, and benchmark competition achievement of set objectives

4.) Assistant Electrical Manager - Premium Edible Oil Products Limited
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
The Job
- Manage new electrical projects.
- Plan and schedule maintenance of Plant electrical systems and machinery including transformers, Ring Main Units, switch gears, etc. and ensure all electrical maintenance work is done in a safe work environment, following all applicable safety regulations.
- Involved in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instruction for all Electrical related activities/ Processes and oversee its implementation.
- Develop machine inspection programme and study inspection reports in order to schedule required preventive maintenance activities and ensure its proper implementation.
- Monitor maintenance jobs on Electrical system during shutdowns/break downs to ensure quality and accuracy
- Raise job orders (for external services required in electrical repair work); Raise material requisition through the order processing system and Vet the electrical materials supplied to stores to ensure they meet specified requirements
- Design and modification of electrical systems to meet specified requirements in accordance with IET regulations and carry out required testing of electrical systems prior to commissioning
- Training, supervision and appraisal of subordinates.
- Monitor stock level for all Electrical spares and reorder accordingly.
- Lead the energy management drive for the PEOPL, and regular energy audit of the plant.
- Ensure equipment maintenance logs are filled and departmental reports are updated promptly.
- Ensure the safety of self and others in the line of work.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
- Ensure compliance with FSMS requirements in the assigned work process
- Ensure effective management of food safety risk and opportunities identified for the department.

5.) Packing Machine Engineer - Golden Pasta
Location: Iganmu, Lagos
The Job
- Manage the packaging machines to ensure the machines are able to deliver designed output and attain high Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
- Ensure compliance to maintenance schedule of the packaging machines and monitor all packaging equipment supplies.
- Work with the Technical Manager to evaluate all projects and recommend ways to reduce cost and maintenance time and improve efficiency of all processes.
- Determine standards for each packaging machine and ensure compliance.
- Manage and oversee the packing Machine technical staff to achieve operational objectives, provide directions, information and training.
- Ensure the packaging machines meet environment, health, and safety regulations.
