1.) Cost Management Specialist
Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Ful Time
The Job
- Derive the cost baseline based upon project plans, baseline estimate and baseline schedule.
- Provide project team with up-to-date commitment, spending, deviation and forecast information needed to appropriately manage project budget and costs.
- Analyze project commitments and spending to ensure that each item is within project scope and aligns with the project estimate.
- Communicate with project team members to determine current status of assigned projects.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between expected and actual planned spending and commitments.
- Use project knowledge from various sources, including SAP, project schedule, project team and contractors, to develop a forecast that is accurately cash-flowed across time.
- Ensure cost deviations and project change orders are accurately reflected in the project data and forecast.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and cost accountants to book monthly accruals.
- Ensure Project Controls Reports are issued to the project team in accordance with documented Project Controls Plans (frequency, format, etc.).
- Provide final cost data to project team at project closure.
- Conduct post-project audits to collect actual vs planned data to ensure accuracy and continuous improvement of scheduling assumptions and processes.
- Help to develop the new project controls group's systems and tools with focus on simplicity, efficiency, and accuracy.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance related field, Management, or Engineering.
- A master’s degree in any of the above or related fields and/or an MBA would be an advantage
- Professional qualifications such as ICAN or ACCA or CFA
The Person Must:
- Be able to work in a team environment to deliver per project objectives
- Have sound interpersonal skills, confidence, and ability to form good working relationships and negotiate effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Be focused on delivering effective, usable results.
- Be able to plan, prioritize and execute multiple concurrent activities and deliver on commitments under tight time constraints.
- Be able to use industry accepted applications for cost, along with the standard Microsoft applications - Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with ERPs would be a plus.
- Be familiar with industry standard best practice in project cost management processes and their application.
Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in cost management function at a manufacturing company, management or technology consulting firms

2.) Regional Sales Capability Manager
Location: Apapa, Lagos
The Job
- Ensure the successful execution of both on-the-job and classroom training interventions within the allocated Sales region as defined in the Sales capability plan.
- Deployment of the identified performance metrics for each role in the Sales team (ASM, TDE, and including distributor sales staff) and continuous evaluation of the regional organization against these criteria.
- Evaluate and test competencies of the regional Salesforce to identify skill gaps.
- Embed a coaching and development culture in ASMs and TDEs in the region and work with them to develop capability across all Sales team members including 3P staff.
- Implement the agreed Train the Trainer activities in the region.
- Work with the National Sales Capability Manager to drive the transfer of Sales best practices from and into the allocated Sales region
- Undertake the onboarding of all new Sales hires in the region
Qualifications
- First Degree in any of the Social Sciences.
- MBA, Experience in capability building/ training & development delivery in a major Sales organization is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 7 years of Sales experience gained in a major FMCG blue-chip organization.
The Person:
- Must have the ability to influence others to consider capability development as a critical area of focus need.
- Must have the ability to deliver the Sales capability agenda through colleagues who are not direct line reports.
- Must have passion and aptitude for training and people development must be clearly demonstrated.

3.) IT Project Manager
Location: Nigeria
The Job
- Perform all project management and business analysis related activities.
- Facilitate and coordinate the requirements for the development and application of technology to satisfy business needs.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
- Provide support in monitoring data quality and integrity in platform applications
- Develop and document project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology management or related discipline or equivalent professional qualification such as an MBA, PMP or PRINCE2

Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of direct experience in business analysis and project management
- Experience using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods and knowledge of all phases of software development including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing (integration, user, and performance), debugging, implementation, and support.

- Possess effective communication skills
- Have excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Be a team player and an empathetic leader
- Possess good negotiation skills.
