Job Description
- Book quality assets and ensure effective portfolio monitoring for early detection of defaults.Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Win new accounts and resuscitate dormant relationships.
- Market the bank’s products to meet customer needs
- Initiate development of products required to meet customer needs.
- Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customer
- Ensure zero tolerance for inactive/dormant accounts
Requirements
Education:
- Minimum Education: First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline preferably business-related.
- Higher Degrees (MBA)/Professional Certificate will be an added advantage
Experience:
- Minimum experience – 3 years relevant banking (marketing and credit) experience
Knowledge:
- Good Knowledge of the business environment
- Credit/Risk Management
- Banking structure, policies, and procedures

Job Description
- Work closely with the Business Manager in the execution of the team’s functions and activities.
- Champion the drive for deposit mobilization and trade transactions.
- Manage and deepen relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Provide the best customer service available in the industry.
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients by providing professional and specialized financial solutions in all areas.
- Assist in Transaction Memos and provide relationship background and financial information support, as necessary.
- Provide support in the structuring of credits in line with business potentials.
- As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook.
Requirements
Education:

5.) Head, IT Enterprise Architect & Projects
Job Identification: 184
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Develop, communicate and deploy Enterprise Architecture processes.
- Deploy and maintain Enterprise Architecture repository and toolset.
- Perform annual architectural maturity assessments.
- Produce regular architecture status reports.
- Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise data and metadata structures.
- Create a plan to integrate business systems and workflows in support of the business strategy.
- Develop and enforce best practices for master data management and integration.
- Develop, communicate and deploy Enterprise Architecture Governance processes.
- Develop and communicate enterprise technology standards and policies.
- Review new and existing program/project architecture for compliance with IT standards, policies, and architectural plans.
- Review IT procurement plans for compliance with IT standards and architectural plans.
- Document exceptions to architectural standards.
- Ensure that project documentation captures significant architectural decisions.
- Ensure that architectural governance is a fair, consistent, and transparent process.
- Identify architectural risks and propose alternatives and solutions.
- Design and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.
- Deliver architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiency in line with business strategy.
- Cultivate relationships with senior-level management.

Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent in a Business /IT related discipline
- Masters, MBA, or a recognized professional certification will be an added advantage
Experience:
- 10+ years’ software and architecture experience in hi-tech or financial-based companies
Key Competency Requirements:
- Experience in building enterprise architecture roadmaps
- Outstanding leadership skills with a history of success in leading highly technical systems teams in demanding environments.
- Ability to inspire and motivate technical leaders and individual contributors
- Experience designing, integrating, and managing complex infrastructure solutions (eg VMWare, Citrix, Cloud, Virtualization)
- Ability to think big and challenge conventional wisdom regarding technology reference and industry standards
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups
