1.) Hospital Administrator

Location: Ogun

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the delivery of timely, high quality and effective service in the hospital
  • Supports the day-to-day administration to run smoothly and efficiently
  • He / She enforces the hospital's policies and procedures towards ensuring patient and doctor satisfaction, high employee morale, and hospital profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration while consulting with Medical director on important decisions that must be made on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for day to day organizational operations including strategy development to ensure growth and profitability.
  • Provides leadership in the development, implementation, and oversight of standards, systems, policies, and procedures in alignment with the organizations strategic initiatives.
  • Works with the CEO to manage all aspects of clinical and business site operations, including; expense management, costs and margin controls; revenue and sales growth, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goal management.

  • As a member of the Executive management Team, works collaboratively with fellow Executive Staff, physicians, employees and community to effect results by the implementation of operational strategies and plans as laid down by the Board Committee.

  • Implements and contributes to the Quality Improvement and Patient Satisfaction Programs and results across all departments.

  • Responsible for the implementation and appropriate utilization of HMS and electronic medical record.
  • Works with the Clinical Head to ensure the day-to-day administration, quality and financial performance of all SBUs e.g Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory, Theatre, Canteen e.t.c and are managed efficiently through cost reduction, enhanced revenues, effective utilization and achieve quality goals and objectives.
  • Reviews and acts upon the reports of authorized inspecting agencies.
  • Actively participate as a member of the Executive Team in the Annual Budgeting and Planning process.

2.) Lead Consultant, Learning and Development / Consultant

Job Description

  • We seek an experienced business consulting professional to lead our Learning & Development/ consulting business unit. The successful candidate will design and implement market focused actions in assigned segments of the economy and execute B2B relationship strategies resulting in increased adoption of our services to corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with senior management in existing and potential client companies to determine requirements for improving top line and bottom line performance for such companies.
  • Act as a consultant to diagnose and propose/recommend appropriate learning interventions for fixing sales & other performance problems within existing and potential client organisations, using solutions from our portfolio of services.
  • Oversee curriculum design and content delivery aspects of our operations, including technology platform decisions.
  • Proactively acquire new business through marketing, generated leads and cold calling into targeted lists.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Credit and Marketing Manager is responsible for supervision of all Business Development initiatives.
  • Provide effective leadership guidance in business development strategy
  • Achieve overall profitability target of the microfinance bank
  • Implement and execute regular sales activities to generate business
  • Responsible for the acquisition and management of loans and savings portfolio; Loan initiation, processing, monitoring and repayment.
  • Conduct a thorough loan analysis to ascertain customer’s payment capacity and willingness; evaluate the credit risk before Credit Committee Meetings.
  • Reduce liquidity risk by aggressively reducing dormant savings accounts.
  • Ensure each loan disbursed are in compliance with the Microfinance lending procedures, policies and methodology.
  • Inspect prospective client's business to ascertain its viability and assessment of collateral
  • Write reports for granting of loan facility
  • Monitor approved loans and continuously support and advise clients on good management practices
  • Consistently adhere to regulatory standards

Job Requirements
The Credit and Marketing Manager must possess:

  • A minimum of first degree or its equivalent in a business related discipline (additional qualification or degree in any finance or business-related discipline may be an advantage).
  • A minimum of five (5) years post-qualification experience out of which, at least three (4) must have been in the financial services industry.
  • Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and competencies in practical Microfinance banking.
  • Must be somebody very close to the grassroots leading the credit and Business Development of the Microfinance Bank

  • Setting the overall strategic direction of the company alongside the board.

  • The Program Manager will provide general supervision for daily operations of the Organisation

Key Objectives

  • To provide strong leadership, direction and management in relation to all aspects of the Foundation's activities, including service provision and fundraising.
  • To represent the Foundation in various public contexts and to develop and maintain relationships with key external partners and agencies.
  • To facilitate the continued expansion and development of the 's services through effective partnership working and increasing current and other potential income streams.
  • To manage the implementation of the Foundation's strategic plan and to develop and manage annual operational plans, ensuring they are continually the central drivers of the Foundation's work.
  • Job Summary
  • Build and maintain profitable long-term relationships with current and potential Donors/supporters in order to grow existing funding streams
  • Build on existing fundraising activity, developing new and imaginative fundraising activities
  • Lead on and actively engage in the development, planning and delivery of a fundraising strategy to maximise income in order to secure the long-term future of the Foundation and to ensure that financial commitments to Students on scholarship can be met
  • Manage overall editorial function of the Foundation's newsletter, website and social media channels
  • Maintain Endowment Programme records, track pledges, send reminder notices of pledges due, and send acknowledgements of donations received.

Qualification/Experience

  • A minimum of four 4 years post-qualification experience out of which, at least three 3 must have been in the financial services industry.
  • CIBN MCP accreditation will be an advantage.
  • Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and competencies in practical.
  • Financial services or technology company experience will be beneficial.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint.
