2.) Client Engagement Specialist (Psychometrics)
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Tests and Assessments, ensure they are developed in line with global standards: British Psychological Society and International Test Commission
- Create, Standardize and Deploy Test Batteries for various use cases
- Contribute to the company’s testing objectives with regard to new product introduction and process improvement
- Perform descriptive and multivariate statistical analyses of data, using computer software
- Prepare tables, graphs, fact sheets, and written reports summarizing research results
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
- Partner with marketing department to ensure already serviced and prospective clients are constantly engaged with marketing info, proposals and newsletters on products and services
- Manage acquired mandates on products and services, details and ensures the processes involved in carrying out a successful job is adhered to from the sale of the product or service to invoicing
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics (Minimum - Second Class Upper)
- 1 - 3 years' experience preferable directly related to the duties and responsibilities stated above
Competency and Skills Required:
- Analytical, statistical and mathematical skills
- Database management skills
- Knowledge of computer-based testing and machine scoring

3.) Test Centre Administrator
Location: Nigeria
Job Summary
- The Test Center Administrator (TCA) will serve as the face of Dragnet in our Prometric centre.
- The position requires TCAs to manage the exam processes by verifying candidate identification, monitoring exams, and maintaining strict policies and guidelines to uphold the highest standards for exam integrity in the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and apply expert knowledge of test centre policies, practices and procedures
- Greet examinees and verify identification
- Administer and proctor tests
- Register and prepare candidate scorecards
- If applicable, digitally scan and record candidate fingerprint identification
- Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams
- Resolve or report candidate issues with urgency
- Secure all computer software in the test centre at all times
- Report any occurrences outside company guidelines to corporate management
- Ability to be flexible with scheduling based on Dragnet capacity requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc in any discipline
- One-year customer service-related experience required
- Ability to communicate with candidates effectively and with professionalism and authority
- Ability to learn and apply operational and maintenance instructions, and other job documents
- Ability to write detailed reports and correspondence
- Ability to multitask and handle small tools, pack equipment for shipping or unpack for installation
- Familiarity with computer programs and applications (including but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Explorer-web browsing).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while administering exams
- Ability to perform periodic walk-throughs
- Visual requirements include the ability to adjust or focus computer screens and view the testing room while proctoring
- Frequently positions self to maintain computers in the lab & office setting; including under the desks and in the server closet
- Ability to enrol and pass a background check for administering federal government client exams.

4.) Product Manager
Location: Nigeria
Core Focus
- A transformational role focused on Product development, Product Life-Cycle Management, Process Optimization, and Product Improvement.
Responsibilities
Product Management/ Product Development for all Company Product:
- Consulting market research, sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive. Manage the vision, strategy, and feature roadmap of one or more consumer-facing products.
- Work with stakeholders from multiple functional areas such as Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
- Monitor product performance, business KPIs and understand the impact of changes.
- Presents new ideas to corporate executives in order to gain permission to develop product lines, prepare cost analysis on the development of a new product
- Ensure that all cross-functional teams are aligned with the goals and deliverables of the company.
- Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analysis; establishing time schedules with all teams involved.
- Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap, groom and prioritize the product backlog, develop user stories and define acceptance criteria, set sprint goals, write acceptance tests, plan releases and lead the product team.
