1.) Research Analyst (New Ventures)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Performing qualitative and quantitative research into new business areas
  • Advising the organization on the viable areas to venture into with clear justifications
  • Initiating and maintaining partnerships with key industry experts and negotiating contracts to support projects
  • Researching into available funding opportunities for captured business areas and soliciting funding for the projects
  • Creating clear and useful reports and recommendations for product development use
  • Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related markets being researched
  • Assist in the acquisition of requirements needed to succeed in the captured business areas

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years of experience.

2.) Portfolio Risk Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Conducts detailed portfolio analysis and reports. Analyses report on loan and lease portfolio to anticipate, identify and mitigate credit risk exposure related to portfolio management activities
  • Analyses transactional risk measures including default, correlations and stress losses to enhance concentration risk views.
  • Analyses and monitors the company’s lease portfolio.
  • Periodically perform default/principal at risk assessment, measuring the impact of guarantors/collaterals and impact of group loan on risk exposure.
  • Monitors compliance to credit and risk policies of the company.
  • Prepares report on analytics of portfolio performance, emerging trends, areas of opportunity, repossessed lease assets, etc.
  • Mitigate credit risk exposure related to portfolio management activities.
  • Prepare report on probability of default using available data.
  • Propose evolutions in the policy, process, collaterals etc. related to the risk identified.
  • Make recommendations for process improvement, addressing gaps and areas for additional or improved reporting and data.

Requirements

  • B.Sc., M.Sc. in Economics, Finance or any related field
  • Minimum of 4-5 years working in a similar field, with cognitive experience as a Portfolio Risk Analyst.
  • Ability to review, analyze and report credit and risk activities and
  • Ability to handle and work efficiently with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other statistical and analytical software
  • Ability to present and communicate analysis and recommendations
  • Knowledge of all practices and procedures involved in credit and risk management.
  • Ability to understand business trends, situations, practices, procedures, and models
  • Ability to measure financial data to evaluate financial performance and position

3.) Transformation Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Translate the strategic direction and business objectives into holistic change management strategies.
  • Articulate the company’s mission in a clear and concise way that can speak to customers and employees at all levels. Create actionable goals that make it possible to turn that mission into tangible results.
  • Assess the company’s many different projects from the products down to the daily administrative activities to make sure they align with the company’s goals.
  • Analyze the success of products, projects, and activities.
  • Manage the economic and financial viability of the company by using management strategies, financial accounting, human resource planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies.
  • Discover ways to increase revenue by eliminating wasteful practices and expediting product delivery.
  • Lead and support management in the application and implementation of new policies and procedures.
  • Develop new business opportunities by leveraging contacts, pursuing new product development, and improving project efficiency.
  • Assess trends and technology that hinder/boost the transformation, identify processes that need to be changed, and re-design processes that support transformation.
  • Drive fundamental changes in the value proposition/way services are delivered and the market served.
  • Strike the right balance between carrot and stick, between short-term improvement and long-term value, and between making sure line managers themselves take responsibility for change and personally ensuring they deliver results quickly and with suitably high ambition.
  • Lead multiple projects and support project managers in the design and implementation phases. Confirms deliverables, resource needs, and work plans on new assignments.
  • Ensure operational transparency & governance, strategy integration, and streamlined customer processes.
  • Effectively mitigate risks and resolve complex challenges.
  • Develop the Business model design and Business architecture.
  • Foster a culture of TCG Values.
  • Achieve profitable growth and deliver on TCG's growth, sales strategy, and targets including new and existing accounts.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education level - First degree in any discipline from a reputable academic institution,
  • Masters of Business Administration is recommended. Professional membership will be an added advantage. At least 4years’ experience in complex business processes, corporate governance, management consulting, financial decision making.

4.) Internal Audit Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • To provide quality audit services by evaluating the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the systems of control within the branch, to add value and optimize our operations through a systematic and disciplined approach to maximizing the effectiveness of our risk management, control, and governance processes in the branch.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To ensure Pre-audit quality assurance check of Risk Asset transaction off-line and online for completeness before disbursement.
  • Verification and review of interest payout, computation of rates in liquidations and termination of invested funds. Verification of expenditures, source documents and ensuring proper approval and authorization from designated officers.
  • Effective monitoring, verification and authorization of supplies and all budget approval memos.
  • Post-transaction review of all RFS Risk Asset transactions (finance Leases both corporate and consumer Leases, personal loans, Business support loans.
  • Verification of all payments and disbursement vouchers on RFS bank platform
  • Quarterly report on the performance status of all consummated Risk assets and report on any system inadequacy
  • Timely report on non-compliance with statutory, regulatory and internal requirements in the branch
  • Quarterly Branch report on Facility management, Audit review of processes and procedures of various departments and units in the branch.
  • Audit review of all accounting processes and procedure Receipt and payments, petty cash system, bank reconciliation.
  • Preparation of timely internal control report for the branch.
  • Preparation of timely report on post Audit review of processes and procedures of all Treasury customers with investment in the branch.
  • Any other task that may be delegated to you by your supervisor

Qualifications / Requirements

  • B.Sc in Accounting with 2-3 years work experience
  • Professional qualification of ACA / ACCA / CIA

7.) Senior Software Developer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Responsibilities

  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developer with server side logic
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Implementation of security and data protection
  • Design and implementation of data storage solutions
  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
  • Write clean code to develop functional web applications
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications

8.) Senior Recruitment Strategist (Lead Recruitment)

  • The Senior Recruitment Strategist will be responsible for the creation and execution of comprehensive, multi-faceted recruiting strategy to reach, hire and retain high talent individuals of different demographics, backgrounds and experiences in support of the Company’s values and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support multiple business lines and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for select positions.
  • Overseeing the Talent Acquisition unit’s procedures, suggesting measures and tactical approaches to improve the organization’s employment life-cycle
  • Develop and implement a progressive sourcing strategy to increase diverse talent acquisition and retention.
  • Create and drive innovative recruitment methods to build a continuous pipeline to reach passive job seekers and to source difficult to fill positions.
  • Recommend ideas and solutions that will contribute to the Company’s diversity and inclusion strategy and overarching business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze the recruitment process to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities. Develop performance metrics and provide management reporting.
