Job Summary

  • The sales enablement officer provides sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success.
  • He / she will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • He / she is also responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core-aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as it relates to selling and revenue performance.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Work with head, sales operation and strategy to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
  • Oversee effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and provides the capabilities sales team needs.

Qualification / Experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • 3 - 4 years work experience.
  • Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas
  • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
  • Involvement and participation in sales enablement groups or communities (ideal). The individual must be data-driven.

4.) IT Product Analyst

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire IT Product Analyst. The ideal candidate will conduct Market Research in relation to products and products performance.
  • You will work with the Research and Development teams to deliver innovative and optimal Information Technology solutions (products and services) to meet market need.

Roles / Responsibilities

  • Carry out market research to identify opportunities for developing new products or making changes to existing products.
  • Outline, analyze and document detailed functional requirements for product and all business requirements in relation to product development and design to ensure compliance with expected standards.
  • Coordinate relationship between commercial and technical teams to proper understanding and interpretation of business requirements.
  • Monitor and support the design, development and deployment of the new / upgraded product to ensure that it continues to meet the expected specifications.

  • Support Marketing & Sales teams with research on effective sales & marketing channels that will improve the products’ return on investment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ quality experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration or other relevant fields.
  • Strong interest in/knowledge of Information Technology and the development/deployment of profitable Information Technology solutions.

  • Responsible for the development and delivery of tangible consumer benefits through the product or service of the business.
  • Responsible for measuring and monitoring the product or service’s performance as well as presenting product-related consumer, market, and competitive intelligence to the Senior Product Analyst.

8.) Portfolio Risk Analyst

 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Conducts detailed portfolio analysis and reports. Analyses report on loan and lease portfolio to anticipate, identify and mitigate credit risk exposure related to portfolio management activities
  • Analyses transactional risk measures including default, correlations and stress losses to enhance concentration risk views.
  • Analyses and monitors the company’s lease portfolio.
  • Periodically perform default/principal at risk assessment, measuring the impact of guarantors/collaterals and impact of group loan on risk exposure.
  • Monitors compliance to credit and risk policies of the company.

  • Ability to handle and work efficiently with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other statistical and analytical software

  • To ensure Pre-audit quality assurance check of Risk Asset transaction off-line and online for completeness before disbursement.
  • Verification and review of interest payout, computation of rates in liquidations and termination of invested funds. Verification of expenditures, source documents and ensuring proper approval and authorization from designated officers.
  • Effective monitoring, verification and authorization of supplies and all budget approval memos.
  • Post-transaction review of all RFS Risk Asset transactions (finance Leases both corporate and consumer Leases, personal loans, Business support loans.
  • Verification of all payments and disbursement vouchers on RFS bank platform
  • Quarterly report on the performance status of all consummated Risk assets and report on any system inadequacy
