1.) Dynamics CRM / BC Developer

 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Department: Information Technology

Summary

  • S/He is responsible for translating business specifications and technical requirements into well-engineered, tested, and SDLC-compliant deployed Dynamics CRM/BC system.
  • Providing application development, problem analysis, and providing technical and compliance support for enterprise initiatives.
  • Designing and developing technical specifications and code solutions in response to business or functional requirements.
  • Test custom enhancements in existing code, coordinate application of maintenance patches.
  • Draft and maintain system and user documentation for enhancements and system modifications including, end-user training materials and test plans.




Responsibilities

  • Implement new business application software, capturing end user requirements and configuring, testing and integrating as necessary.
  • Implement new releases of existing business application software, capturing end user requirements and configuring, testing and integrating as necessary.
  • Design, create, test and document new and amended SQL, packages and programs from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards.
  • Develop, implement and report the findings of suitable test schedules to measure and improve the quality of ICT solutions being deployed, to ensure that new and amended systems, configurations, packages, or services, together with any interfaces, perform as specified.
  • Integrate and test components and/or subsystems and their interfaces in order to create operational services.
  • Work closely with team members and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
  • Perform other related duties/special projects as assigned to support the IT business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in developing. Net applications
  • 3+ years of experience with design, code, test, debug, document MS Dynamics CRM/Business Central applications in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with backlog grooming, sprint management and source control using tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Github.
  • 3+ years’ experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET.
  • Experience with Web API development and plugins
  • Hands-on experience with CRM implementations
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV/Business Central implementations
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics Plugin development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of Microsoft PowerApps
  • Understanding of Microsoft Flow.

2.) Application Developer

Summary

Requirements

  • Minimum of First Degree or equivalent relevant subject ​
  • Entry Level or up to 3+ years’ experience in technology development
  • Must possess knowledge of and proficiency with object-oriented programming concepts, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, Ionic, Angular, Firebase, ReactJS, CSS, SQL, and XML
  • Experience with backlog grooming, sprint management and source control using tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Github.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MVC frameworks required with Laravel Framework preferred
  • Familiarity with Vue
  • Familiarity with Flutter.

3.) QA & Release Officer

 

Location: Lagos

Summary

  • S/he will develop, establish, enforce, and improve quality assurance and testing strategy including: test automation, performance testing, negative testing, code and coverage analysis, compatibility testing, and environment management.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and execute test plans and test cases, document results, log clear and reproducible bug reports and perform exploratory testing.
  • Automate manual testing where applicable.
  • Develop, establish, enforce, and improve quality assurance and testing strategy including: test automation, performance testing, negative testing, code and coverage analysis, compatibility testing, and environment management.
  • Contribute to the design, development and refinement of the continuous integration testing environment.
  • Work with development team to define and improve the release process based on best practices.
  • Support the development teams for software releases.
  • Verify and validate user stories, providing input regarding requirements.
  • Ensure timely testing coverage according to project schedules.
  • Ensure release candidates pass quality assurance checks
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure releases are delivered on time.
  • Dynamically adapt test approach to the context of each project.
  • Coordinate and work directly with development teams, developers, product owners and/or external test teams to resolve problems and ensure successful releases.
  • Participate in project meetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks.
  • Work with system team to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms.
  • Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
  • Maintain a release repository and manage key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists.
  • Maintain release schedules and details for all software solutions, ensure it is communicated to and aligned among all key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities.
  • Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Release Go/NoGo reviews.
  • Work with release engineers to understand impacts of branches and code merges.
  • Work with other team members on the GoLive activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.
  • Report progress on problem resolution to project or development team.
  • Perform analysis and recommend improvements in quality and release process.
  • Any other adhoc duties as required or assigned




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous quality assurance, product release or project management experience and 4 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development.
  • Familiarity with QA processes and flows.
  • Deep understanding and experience in software industry, focused on software release and QA.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working directly with global and local teams.
  • Experience of DevOps tools.
  • Effective management of multiple tasks, expectations and processes simultaneously.
  • Adequate knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to work with cross functional work teams toward task completion.
  • Sense of ownership, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

4.) IT Service Support Analyst

 

Location: Lagos

Summary

  • S/He provides a high level of service and exceptional advanced system-level and technical support to client end users of all applications.
  • Position requires advanced knowledge of several systems, applications and technology.
  • Must also be able to deliver excellent customer service requiring strong communication skills to ensure a high percentage of problem resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Works with outside departments to understand end user support requirements, educate, and train on current applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for operating systems, mobile solutions, applications and software
  • Provide technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required including, but not limited to, serving as primary first tier and second tier support. Manage and close application ticket raised on the help desk and ensure resolutions of all production applications
  • Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
  • Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
  • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems and applications
  • Management of uptime availability of all business applications
  • Assist with systems deployments and integrations in the production systems. Maintain the enterprise Release Schedule, across Production and Non-Production environments, by partnering with IT application and infrastructure teams (including internal resources and 3rd party service providers).
  • Administer and manage all upcoming plug-ins, new service packs, releases, versions and ensure effective implementation on production to provide better services.
  • Scheduling and dissemination of client campaign materials




Requirements

  • Minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent in a Business / IT related discipline
  • ITIL Certification would be an advantage
  • 2+ years of experience in design, developing and support solutions
  • Experience in relational database management
  • Experience in the support and management of telephony and CX collaborative tools
  • 2+ years in supporting web and console applications
  • Ability to learn and up-skill quickly on customer solutions
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to learn and improve troubleshooting skills

5.) Business Development Executive

 

Location: Enugu

Summary

  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for the management of existing clients to ensure retention, development of new businesses and acquisition drive within a defined geography, for consistent and profitable growth.
  • The executive must demonstrate the ability to attract new business to achieve designated revenue target levels.
  • He / she must be able to develop profitable business with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing of new businesses.
  • Registration of new clients and/ or staff of organizations.
  • Processing of RSA form for timely generation of pins.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction by listening to the needs of the client, proffering solutions immediately were available and building a good relationship for referrals.
  • Sales of Additional Voluntary Contribution to clients alongside their RSA.
  • Give client updates on the pension industry through one of our channel(s) such as the customer interactive session.
  • Ensure that accounts opened are funded.




Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in the financial service industry​.
