1.) Engineer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description

Assist with contract document preparation including plans, specifications, and estimates
Write reports and provide feedback to Project site engineer
Attend planning and site meetings when special construction material related matters are discussed
And other related activities

Requirements

BSC / HND / OND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering or related field.
A minimum of 3 years cognate experience in similar position is desired
Some site supervision experience
In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design.
Proficient in the use of computer software like Microsoft project
Proven track record of managing personnel and material resources
Strong time management and project management skills
Should have a strong technical background with negotiating skills
Must have hands-on approach and commitment to work,
Should be able to use software analysis (AUTOCAD, Civil 3d, etc) for design
Must have eyes for details
Must be able to interpret structural drawings

Job Description

Design and preparation of plans
Construction of buildings
Ensuring all design and material changes are correctly incorporated into the construction project
Ensure the correct designs are put up
Mixing concrete
Working with other professionals - engineers, architects and surveyors.

Requirements

3.) Site Manager

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Description

Oversee the day to day running of the site
Go out to site to interpret design drawings to workers
To control and manage the site engineering department
To ensure the construction project follows the required design, using the correct materials
Interfacing between the company and the client
Developing a Site Safety plan
Oversee building work and manage multiple construction sites
Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Supervise contracted staff, junior engineers and all artisans
Prepare site reports and other paper work
Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales
Liaise with subcontractors and other professional staff especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
Provide technical advice and solve problems on site
Negotiate the prices of materials and scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
Providing estimates for projects.
Managing budgets and project resources

Requirements

Job Summary

The primary responsibility for this role is to identify new clients, engage and manage existing clients/business opportunities and also close deals

Job Description

To identify prospective clients and generate new business.
Source for new business opportunities
Working with the marketing team to develop good marketing strategy
Conducting market research
Conducting research and analyzing market trends and competitors
Marketing Company’s products and services.
Analyzing metrics at strategic moments to ascertain successes.
Report writing on marketing update and activities to come.

Requirements

Minimum of OND / BSC / HND in Marketing or related field
Minimum of 2 years cognate experience as a Marketer
Previous experience is an added advantage
Good dress sense and must be presentable

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. as required
Develop and maintain a filing system
Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters and forms
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Take minutes during meetings
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Proven administrative experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
