1.) Tax Manager - Finance
Location: Apapa, Lagos
The Job
- Review and reconcile general ledger entries for tax implications; provide corrective and improvement measures accordingly.
- Ensure compliance, timely filing and remittance of all taxes and levies (such as Expatriate PAYE, VAT, WHT, CIT, ET, business premises levy, development levy, etc.) within government time frame.
- Manage relationship with tax authorities and consultants and supervise all tax audits.
- Provide comprehensive report on every tax audit exercise and give regular status update on tax cases, remittances, levies, fees, payments to agents and consultants.
- Provide innovative tax management, planning, and tax-savings strategies, backed with statistical data and/or analysis.
- Be abreast with all tax regulations and new promulgation / enactments and advise finance management accordingly.
- Provide advisory support to Food Division and Business Units on tax matters as may be required.
- Apply a holistic approach to determine impact to various taxes and ensure that tax position is optimized.
- Review contracts for commercial and regulatory compliance and efficiency.
- Ensure all tax queries and correspondences are responded to, and appropriate steps are taken to avoid penalties due to non-compliance.
Qualification
- First degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Professional Certification is required e.g, ICAN, ACCA
Experience:
- Minimum of seven (7) years cognate experience in a similar role.
- Consulting or FMCG background from a multinational is an added advantage
The Person Must:
- Be proactive and have excellent organizational skills.
- Have problem solving and analytical skills.
- Be comfortable with at least 50% travel on the job

2.) Store Keeper - Golden Pasta
Location: Agbara, Ogun
The Job
- Receiving and issuing of spare parts and consumables, verify the correctness of the materials supplied and ensure operational efficiency in the production process.
- Monitor and keep inventory of the store to identify stock level and advice on re-order level.
- Liaise with the clearing unit of the group to facilitate the clearing and discharge of imported stock for the operations of the company.
- Arrange spare parts and consumables to ensure easy access and prompt delivery to user department upon request.
- Maintain and update proper documentation of requisition for materials collected by the user department to ensure compliance with the company’s rule and procedure.
- Ensure that all warranty parts are properly tagged for easy identification.
Qualifications
- OND in any related course
- 5 O’ level credits in not more than 2 sittings.
Experience:
- 2 years cognate experience in related industry.
The Person Must:
- Be physically fit
- Have good communication skill
- Have good troubleshooting abilities
- Have basic computer skills.

3.) QA Assistant - Golden Pasta / Snacks
Location: Agbara, Ogun
The Job
- Collect raw material sample from truck and analyzes to ensure compliance with set standards.
- Conduct coding check on finished goods and ensure that parameters such as dates, expiry dates, batch numbers and sealing of packaging materials are in order.
- Conduct hourly analysis on packed product to ensure consistency in product weight and other quality parameters.
- Assess and evaluate samples of products produced during night shift and note any variations where necessary.
- Assist the QA Supervisor to carry out other QA activities.
- To carry out a physical examination of the product quality.
- To ensure proper documentation of all results in analytical log books.
- To issue and monitor the use of digits and code numbers in the packaging section for proper date marking.
Qualifications
- OND in Science related course
- 5 0’ level credits including English and Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings.
Experience:
- At least 2 years Laboratory experience.
The Person Must:
- Be attentive to details and very observant.
- Demonstrate a high sense of discipline and integrity.
- Be computer literate
- Be highly numerate
- Have good communication skills.

4.) Brand and Innovation Manager - Northern Nigerian Flour Mills
Location: Kano
Description
- Responsible for driving NNFM brand penetration and acceptability in the market. Ensuring NNFM becomes the hub of local content supply, drive local content agenda within the innovation & R&D team.
The Job
- Lead the brand management of NNFM portfolio and identify opportunities for growth through evaluation of market intelligence.
- Develop and monitor plans on assigned category brands. Effectively utilizing resources and appropriate channels to achieve set objectives.
- Initiate and implement brand representation at special events in Northern regions. Lead marketing promotional activities of brand categories for visibility and monitor performance.
- Optimize production processes to ensure least cost production for product competition and profitability.
- Collaborate with sales team to resolve challenges faced by customers and consumers in the market.
- Support the development of NNFM as a local hub for local content in alignment with FMN's innovation agenda.
- Work with R&D & Innovation on local content in sourcing, quality evaluation & achieving cost efficiencies.
Qualifications

- Relevant marketing membership.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in branding/ marketing/ innovation related roles.
- Adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
- Market intelligence gathering, analytics and reporting.

- Have excellent communication and fluent in HAUSA. .

5.) HSE Manager
Location: Mokwa, Niger
Job Type: Full Time
The Job
- Advise management on the implications of current and emerging health, safety, and environment legislation, including evaluation options, making recommendations, and generating action plans to ensure compliance.
- Investigate all accidents and damage to plant property, identify root causes and recommend actions to prevent re-occurrence.
- Liaise with external bodies on HSE matters for support and collaboration and to keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
