1.) Legal Officer
Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full Time
Job Duties / Responsibilities
- Litigation and Court Matters
- Real Estate Title Documentation and data management.
- Legal Administration including agreements, maintaining and updating the Legal Department database
- To provide legal opinion on any legal document from External Solicitors and other external entities that deal with the department.
- To treat legal correspondences.
- To research and update on contemporary legal issues as are beneficial to operations of the Department.
- To do any other function as may be directed by the Director, Legal from time to time.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- First Degree in Law
- Must have qualified graduation or post – graduation in Law (LLB or LLM).
Professional Body:
- Must be called to Nigeria Bar.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years cognitive work experience of Legal works in any court or law firm.
Age Limit:
- 25 - 35 years.
Key Skills:
- In-depth Knowledge of Nigerian Law
- Drafting skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention for details
- Administrative / organization skills
- Analytical & logical reasoning skill
- Excellent Team working abilities.

2.) Store Officer
Location: Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Involve in stocktaking.
- Ensures the balance of physical stock level with Bin Card and Pastel.
- Ensures the safety of all received items before issuing out to respectful departments.
- Receive, unload and shelve supplies.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- Ensure that vendors are shown the right samples for proposed supplies.
- To capture items returned to the store.
- Any other duty as may be assigned by the Head of department.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirement:
- B.Sc or HND in Store Management or any other related discipline.
Professional Body:
- Certified Inventory and Distribution Professional (CIPD) or any certified certification in store management.
Experience:
- 1-3 years Cognitive Experience.
Age Limit:
- 25 Years.
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competencies in data entry, analysis, and inventory management.
- Attention to details
- Analytical to make accurate mathematical computations.
- Good Organization Skill
- Ability to make use of store inventory software.
- Discretion
- Microsoft Office Savvy
- Good knowledge of inventory principles and practices.

3.) Procurement Officer

Core Responsibilities
- To Ensure That Files Containing All Information Regarding Purchases and Services Kept in an Orderly Fashion
- To Work with The Accounting Department to Ensure That Vendors Are Paid On Schedule and on time.
- To Keep Inventory Levels Current and Foresees Future Needs of the Church
Generic Responsibilities:
- Assist in locating sources for supplies and services and of maintaining relations with suppliers and vendors.
- Assist in negotiating with vendors to get the best prices and deals, utilizing the power of purchase and the economies of scale.
- To Carry Out Any Other Assignment As Instructed By The Procurement Manager From Time To Time.
Job Requirements
Educational Requirement:
- B.Sc or HND in Supply Chain Management or any related discipline
Professional Body:
- CIA, IBAKM, NIM or any related administration certification
- Certification in Supply Chain Management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years cognitive work experience.
Age Limit:
- 35 years.
Job Skills:
- MS Office Suite Savvy – Word, Excel
- Documentation skill
- Good communication skill.
