1.) Female Accounts Officer (Tally)
Location: Abuja and Abia
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary
- The Accounts Officer’s primary role is to assist the Financial Controller in the administration of the association’s financial accounts.
- Good management decisions rely heavily on accurate and timely presentation of financial information. As such the overall financial health of the association is supported from this area through the delivery of effective accounts department services. The role is to be performed with high standards of service to external and internal stakeholders.
Key Roles:
- Posting of Accounting Entries in Tally
- Bank Reconciliation and other reconciliation
- Tally Software knowledge and experience is a must.
- Preparation of various account reports (Regular and Ad-hoc).
Qualification Criteria
- Accounting Graduate or related field with more than 2 years of experience.
- ICAN (added advantage).
Ancillary Roles:
- Assisting other Finance and Sub-Functions as at when required.
Key Skills:

2.) Network Packet Core Engineer
Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Handling L2 fault management of Packet Core faults and ensuring TT assignment as per SLA.
- Should have deep knowledge of 4G and 5G call flows, and overall knowledge of the newest technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, VoWiFi, IoT etc.
- Remote assistance and on-site intervention for resolution of Packet Core network problem (including Loop break, site restoration, reset, hardware alarm rectification etc. ) and on-site intervention for planned operations of Migration and Commissioning
- Outage monitoring and Preparation of outage analysis
- Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages. Interfacing with level 3 and R&D and Support other function to find Root Cause analysis for all issue and outages related to Packet Core network
- Sound understanding of solving problems tools like Wireshark, K12/K15 / Spirent.
- Maintenance & Performance Management
- Ensuring Safe storage and availability of spares, tools & inventory & its maintenance.
- Ensuring all TGs Utilization below benchmark on all POIs by raising plan for the new augmentation with all POI Partners. Analyzing Vendor ATPs & acceptance.
- Maintain Gb, Gx, Gy, Gi, Gn/Gp, Ga, Gr, s6a, s11,s1-U, S1-MME, S5 /S8 interface utilization below 70% and augmentation beyond it.
- Maintain SS7, HSL, CPU utilization at 40% and all Processor, ensuring GB, S1-U, IUPS links utilization of below 70%.
- Tracking and reporting of CORE Network Performance and implementing improvement plans.
- Database Configuration & Modification in database for GB, IUPS, S1-AP interfaces with eRAN
- Local Monitoring in case of visibility loss from NOC.
Critical Task:
- L2 level Troubleshooting and Fault analysis for 4G Packet Core Nodes.
- Daily/weekly/monthly backups of all Core nodes.
- Configuration Management of all packet core nodes
- Tracking and reporting of CORE Network Performance and implementing improvement plans.
- On-site intervention and hardware replacement for faulty network elements
Requirements
- Education: B.E/B.Tech.
- Minimum experience: Min 3+years of relevant work experience.

- Manage all accounting transactions

- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

Responsibilities
- Prospecting for new sales and opportunities.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources
- Designing and implementing a strategic business/sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Update account receivable and issue invoices
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
