1.) IT Specialist

 

Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Ressponsibilities

  • Manage information technology and computer systems
  • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
  • Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
  • Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  • Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

Requirements

  • B.Sc in Computer Science, M33IS or similar field
  • Proven 4 - 6 years working experience as an IT Specialist, Supervisor, Manager, or relevant experience
  • Certifications in Yammer, SharePoint, Scoop, WebEx, Cisco Jabber, ServiceNow etc is an added advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Expertise in data centre management and data governance
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Ability to manage personnel.

Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 Monthly.

2.) Presale Engineer

 

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Telecommunications

Responsibilities

  • Proactively and accurately identify prospect pain and propose creative solutions
  • mprove negotiations and contract closing by providing support to the Sales Team.
  • Training in Telecoms networks, TCP IP networks, Cloud computing, Internet of things.
  • Ensure that all products sold can be executed both functionally and technically, within the scope and timeline defined in agreement with the customer.
  • Assist team members with sales efforts including development of client proposals and pitch mechanics.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients, including designing and development presentations and responding to RFPs.
  • Clearly articulate technical capabilities of the products, attend and/or perform technical demonstration

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry in a similar role
  • Experience in making presentations and product demonstrations

3.) Regional Accountant

 

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry: Telecoms
Reports To: Finance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile all operations against the billing for completeness and accuracy of monthly accruals
  • Verify supplier’s pro-forma invoice details to ensure integrity and accuracy
  • Calculate and update the escalated prices based on approved contracts
  • Provide monthly report on sites performance
  • Ensure that all monthly operational cost is captured for the region
  • Follow up on supplier’s prompt submission of payment document to avoid manual accruals as much as possible
  • Provide accurate and validated inputs to the Opex reports
  • Provide other financial analysis as may be required
  • Monitor and coordinate the collation, payment, and reconciliation of unity bills for the region
  • Develop ways of improving the processes as they relate to presentation of monthly report, PR/CC tracking, Accrual Ageing analysis

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc / MBA in Accounting and a minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Additional certification (ICAN/ACCA.CPA or CMA) is a plus.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.

5.) Finance Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial transactions to ensure proper classification and correction.
  • Reconciliation of collection banks.
  • Follow up on unbooked transactions.
  • Ensure supporting documents/back up schedules meet audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Implements finance policies, processes, and procedures in accordance with established. internal controls.
  • Meet all month end reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare and book journal vouchers and other financial transaction in the ERP system.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

  • Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations.
  • Preparing financial reports, including projected returns on investment and growth rates.

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a financial administrator, or similar.
