1.) PreSales Engineer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The PreSales Engineer is expected to partner with the Sales and Engineering team to innovate the best technological solutions to meet the business needs of our clients the ideal professional will continuously keep up with the trend, innovations, and development in the different solutions, so as to offer quality and competitive solutions to our customers.
Key Duties
-
- In conjunction with the marketing and presales team maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support as required.
- Identify opportunities within merchants' business operations for improved efficiency through digitization, and collaborate with internal and external partners to implement programs.
- Provide Pre-Sales services for our merchant businesses
- Keep up with research on payment Solutions and Developments clients
- Ensure quality and technical delivery of all payment Solutions related solutions and should be able to liaise with other solution team leads for smooth integration.
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries, leads by emails or from the sales/marketing team, telephone, and personal visits to customers where necessary.
- Make conscious efforts to develop good communication and presentation skills to engage customers in terms of sales presentation, development and also carry along group members.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information for the solutions.
- Carry out market research on new products, competitor and customer requirement surveys and suggest ways to better position our Infrastructure portfolio.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Must possess skills in the development of quality proposals, quotes and designs for our clients.

- Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects, and company employees.
- Effect any other business the organization requires of your skills & competencies and all other self-initiated or delegated assignments by the supervisor to agreed targets
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer science, or related field with equivalent work experience.
- Must have at least 4years experience as a Technical Presales Engineer for a Tech firm or in the FINTECH space
- Business and Marketing Skills required.

2.) Deputy Sector Manager (Sales - Health Sector)
Locations: Abia, Kaduna, Kano

Job Summary
- The Deputy Sector Manager is responsible for driving the company’s business in the region responsible for offline merchant acquiring in the health sectors and overseeing the activities of the sector sales Manager as well as the sector sales assistant (Health Sector) developing strategies to increase sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the activities of the Sales Managers & Sales Assistants
- Onboarding and managing key merchants in the identified sectors in their locality
- Hit sales quotas, coordinate sales assistants to ensure they prospect and onboard businesses.
- Engaging with corporate organizations to introduce them to our products.
- Train Merchants on the benefits of Our Debit Card and Other products Solve Card-related issues reported by agents.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them
- Continuously build a stronger Agent network.
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Design and ensure implementation of scalable sales strategy for their team member
- Follow up with sales assistant to ensure active and inactive business partners are visited and if need be mobilize retrieval of POS from inactive business partners
- Recruit, onboard and train sales assistants and continuously improve sales processes
- Ensure sales assistants meetup the target.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Business, Marketing, and any related course
- Relevant prior experience of 4-6 years as Merchant Acquisition Executive in an Agency Banking firm, FINTECH, or Direct Sales Executive in a commercial Bank.
- Business Development Experience in an FMCG, Food and Drinks, as well as Educational Sector, will also be considered
- Previous achievement in the public and private sector
Remuneration
Basic: N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
Performance-Based Bonus: N200,000 - N300,000.

3.) Senior Product Manager (SaaS)
Location: Lagos

Job Summary
- The ideal candidate is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Life cycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, based on the potential customer's expectation on wealth management and savings, defining the product vision, and working closely with the agency banking team
Key Responsibilities

- Build and implement product strategies consistent with the vision of Opay.
- Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers٫ stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end products
- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas, and/or product or packaging changes.

- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
- Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.

- Organize product releases properly and ensure compliance with the schedule.
- Prepare recommendations to expand product base and vision.
- Previous experience managing multiple teams is preferred
Requirements / Required Skills
- Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-6 years experience working as a Product Manager in a FINTECH or E-Payment Solutions firm.
- Technical Background, with experience with Mobile Development.
- Expertise in Product Strategy, Development & Launch, Agile, and Scrum Experience would be highly valuable.
- Technical Product Manager that easily provides digital solutions to problems.
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
- Passion for conceiving, creating, and designing useful, innovative products.
- Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in an Agile environment.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

- Identify new business opportunities and ensure revenue generation
- Driving efficiency and mitigating operational risks to the barest minimum.
- Develop process improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence

- Carrying out other operational duties when required
- Liaise and support the technical team to manage the platform performance, upgrades, and other modifications.
- Provide business operation consultant service to field staff
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of the business.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 4 years experience as Operations Manager in the IT Sector
- Must have good knowledge and experience developing around the general operations of a business.
