1.) Team Member, System Assurance

 

Location: Nigeria

Job Objective(s)

  • To provide control and compliance counseling, advisory and decision support service including risk based performance management to all Business units.
  • To create and improve homogenous control culture in revenue processing and recognition activities that aligns with the Bank’s control and business objectives.
  • To build strong KYC and KYC(B) compliance environment in revenue processing and recognition functions.

Responsibilities

  • Monthly commission on turn over charge, parameters and scripts review.
  • Ensure Policy/Procedure/Regulatory Compliance.
  • Intersol withdrawal charges, inter and intra branch cash deposit charges review.
  • Large cash deposit charges1% charge on cash deposit over N5M on a transaction basis.
  • Current account maintenance charges and setup review.
  • Domiciliary account charges review.
  • Review of N50 transaction charge on saving accounts with balances less than N5,000.
  • Cheque book/passbook charges review and counter cheque charges review.
  • Search charges and reference letter charges review.
  • MC/Draft charges and account closure charges review.
  • Review of E-Channel transaction charges.
  • Review of returned cheque charges.
  • Review of stop order charges.
  • Review of standing order charges and salary processing fee review

2.) Team Member, Middleware Management

 

Location: Lagos

Candidate Profile

  • Our ideal candidate must have experience troubleshooting, monitoring, administration of Middleware Applications such as IBM, ESB ACE etc and ensure 100% uptime.
  • Must have the ability to resolve and manage projects on the Middleware and related applications and closely monitor transactions performed on major applications hosted on the middleware platforms.

Job Objective(s)    

  • Provide technical support for middleware applications such as IBM ESB, IBM ACE etc. (Installation, configuration, testing, supporting Issue resolution activities related to the design and functionality of ESB.)

Roles & Responsibilities
Daily Technical Support functions:

  • Check and treat all logs/email escalations within the SLA i.e issue resolution, enquiries, complaints and re-routing to responsible units where applicable
  • Backup of logs periodically (daily weekly etc.), clean up space on the servers, etc.
  • Update platform checklist that contains all specific to be carried out on each platform on said dates.
  • Ensure the platforms are up and functional always.
  • Ensure all user platforms are optimised and functioning optimally
  • Escalate all issues to the team lead in a timely and explicit manner.

Product and Project Management:

  • Track project management deliverables to ensure all milestones are delivered and project remains on track.
  • Ensure timely development and deployment of innovative solutions for the unit.
  • Ensure that vendor related projects are monitored strictly to meet set deadlines.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand requirements when developing solutions for the various units.

Income and Revenue Tracking:

  • Monitor fraud prevention solutions across all applications deployed on the middleware applications.

Reporting:

  • Weekly review and reporting of projects, issues and collection mandates.
  • Group digital banking monthly performance report.
  • Group digital banking monthly channel adoption report.
  • Review daily transaction status reports to identify reasons for failures and ways to avoid them.
  • Provide Ad hoc reports when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in any related technology field in the banking sector.

Knowledge Required:

  • Hands-on experience working in an applications production support/application development environment.
  • Project coordination skills, including organizing, prioritizing and tracking all phases of a project.
  • Trend monitoring for transactions performed on major applications hosted on the middleware platform.

Skills Required:

3.) Web Quality Assurance Partner

Candidate Profile

  • We are looking for a candidate who is knowledgeable about website and online processes, employee lifecycle and the business.

  • Inspect and ensure high quality is maintained throughout all website operations.
  • Oversee the consistency of web and online applications through constant check of processes and outputs.

4.) Industry Specialist

 

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Permanent

Purpose

  • As industry specialists, the primary purpose of the role is to greenlight credits in their Industry, applying their professional knowledge in the credit assessment prior to any approval.
  • The role holder will also be expected to become Certified Senior Credit Officers following intensive Senior Credit Officer training programme which will place them in positions to grant approvals

Person Specification

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in their Industry - either as a staff of one of the major Industry Leaders (preferably top 3) OR as a management consultant (in one of top 5 International Consulting Firms) OR as a Relationship Manager/Analyst in a reputable Bank (one of top 10% banks in the Banking Sector as determined by a reputable Industry rating agency).
  • At least 5 years must have been at top management level (AGM in banking sector or equivalent).
