1.) IT Site Operations Manager

Job Title: IT Site Operations Manager

Location: Ijora, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • An IT Site Engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure and services at a specific location or site.
  • This role involves a wide range of tasks, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing local network configurations, ensuring data security, and providing end-user support.

Main Responsibilities
IT Operations Management (ITOP):

  • Oversee the daily operations of IT services and infrastructure at the site, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems.
  • Implement best practices for IT operations, adhering to ITIL or similar frameworks for effective service management.
  • Service Level Management (SLMO)
  • Monitor and report on the performance of IT services against agreed service levels and performance metrics.
  • Work with IT service providers and internal teams to ensure that IT services meet or exceed agreed-upon standards.
  • Incident and Problem Management (USUP, PBMG)
  • Ensure rapid response and resolution of IT incidents, minimizing impact on business operations.
  • Lead the identification and resolution of underlying problems to prevent recurrence of incidents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous. with a proven track record in managing IT services and infrastructure.
  • Professional Certifications in IT service management, such as ITIL Foundation or higher, indicating a strong understanding of IT operations best practices.
  • Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) can be beneficial, showcasing skills in managing IT projects.
  • Technical Certifications relevant to the organization’s IT infrastructure (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware) demonstrate hands-on skills and knowledge in specific technologies.

2.) Customer Service Representative (Igbo)

  • Customer Service Representative is the front line of support for the company's customers.
  • You'll be responsible for answering customer questions, resolving customer problems, and providing excellent customer service.

3.) Safety Officer

Job Title: Safety Officer

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • Responsible for ensuring relevant SHE resources and personnel are deployed to provide day-to-day support to departmental requirements. Coordinating SHE activities, within the area of responsibility and reporting as required to the SHE manager, performance, incidents and accidents and progress against sectional and factory targets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Safety Manager in the coordination of SHE Management Systems in the plant, head office and external warehouses in line with the company’s acceptable standards, OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001 EMS
  • Assist Safety manager in working with HODs and administrative teams to identify occupational and environmental hazards and to introduce suitable controls in the offices and warehouses.
  • Follow up on agreed control measures to ensure safe work practices.
  • Ensure safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials across the plant, offices and external warehouses.
  • Assist the Safety manager in the communication of all relevant local/organizational SHE standards to employees, contractors and visitors.
  • Identify and support in implementation SHE program at the plant, head office, warehouses and contractor management.
  • Assist the Safety manager in coordinating hazard spotting, near-misses and reports of unsafe act in the work place.

Requirements

  • A minimum of B.Sc / HND in Engineering and Sciences.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant hands-on bottling operations
  • Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment Engineering, Health and Safety
  • Must possess membership of ISPON (Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria) certificate.
  • Ability to influence situations without direct control of resources.
  • Good understanding of HQSE modalities and codes.
  • Good understanding of GMP and GHK (5S) standards
  • Good oral communication, influencing and relationship
    skills.

4.) Automation Technician

Job Title: Automation Technician

Location: Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Responsible for the project design of instruments and electronic equipment as well as the implementation of related projects to ensure completion at the desired timeline.
  • Responsible for services needed by the plants in terms of the troubleshooting, maintenance and spare parts needed to ensure continuous operation and better performance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure writing and maintaining program backups and software for all equipment in the plant.
  • Conducts calibration of all electronic instruments such as transducers and maintains all electronic equipment in the company such as electronic bottle inspectors, fill height detectors, COBRIX, and PLCs.
  • Carry out regular inspections for automation and electricalcomponents of the PET line and ensures line maintenance arecarried out by the team as per maintenance plan.
  • Executes basic cycle maintenance, cleaning and inspection and instill these principles to be part of the culture of operators and technicians.
  • Ensures proper upkeep and prevent loss of the tools and equipment in the engineering department.
  • Ensures that their key customer – production and management are provided with prompt and reliable service.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng.) or HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 -5 years relevant hands-on FMCG operation and maintenance experience.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a beverage bottling company in a managerial capacity.
  • Experienced in budgeting and people management
  • Knowledge of bottling operations: Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Environment, Engineering, Health and Safety.
