Description

• The Reservoir Engineer is responsible for assisting in delivery of safe, efficient, and reliable products and services to our customers. Consults with operations groups as needed to support the area of expertise and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement of product and service delivery and formally communicates findings.
• The Reservoir Engineer actively participates in promoting new technology and services offerings and applying lessons learned to improve job design and execution as related to the area of expertise.
• They provide real-time support to operations as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support in the area of expertise throughout the Sales, Product and Service Delivery process.
• Assist as required with the development of technical job designs for the Division.
• Assist with identifying areas where new and cost-effective techniques can be applied.
• Explore opportunities for value-added products and services.
• Consult with Design/Technical Engineer role as required to optimize the technical design.
• Assist in real-time incident response, recovery, and investigation as related to the area of expertise.

• Maintain customer visibility through active participation in professional society activities and calls for papers.

Experiences & Exposures

• Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Reservoir Engineer
• Experience with Reservoir Simulation, Field Development Planning, Production Forecasting, Petroleum Economics and Data Analytics
• Familiarity with Petrel, ECLIPSE and INTERSECT
• Development experience with Python is an added advantage.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Summary

• The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands.
• The Maintenance Technician participates in and conducts preventive maintenance and repairs of tools and equipment according to standards, procedures and practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on assigned equipment in alignment with the established maintenance program and the Reliability-Centered Maintenance strategy, ensuring full adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and standard work procedures.
• Maintain strict transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems by accurately recording materials and supplies used, labor hours, and equipment maintenance performance data including equipment movements, work orders, parts consumption, and maintenance time.
• Ensure full compliance with TLM Product Line standards and operational requirements.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting initiatives and improvement plans within the Maintenance Base (MB) to enhance asset utilization and optimize Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD).
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts aimed at improving asset turnaround time
• Support initiatives to enhance the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians by sharing best practices and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Implement CoSD-improvement projects
• Participate in assigned failure investigations, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

Job Title: Artificial Lift Field Specialist

• Artificial Lift equipment and tools preparation
• Participate in pre-job readiness activities including but not limited to CWOP, Site Visits, job briefs etc
• Supervise field installation of Artificial Lift equipment
• Setup and commissioning of Variable speed drives (VSD)
• Troubleshooting and repair of surface equipment
• Accurate capture of field data ensuring job deliverables are delivered on time.
• On-the-job training of team members
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in service quality reviews with stakeholders and improve performance using action plans.

Exposures & Experiences

• Diploma or Degree in a Technical, Engineering, or related fields
• 5 - 10 years experience in Artificial lift operations including field installations, commissioning and troubleshooting of ESPs, ESPCPs, HPS & VSDs
• Experience in providing innovative and adaptive technical solutions and support to customers.

Job Title: Completions Field Supervisor / Senior Specialist

  • Permanent downhole gauges and Intelligent completion
• Experienced in redressing Completions equipment
• Experienced in downhole hydraulics, running tubular design and analysis simulations
• Experience in land, swamp, offshore and deep-water environments
