1.) Sales Representative - CNG / LNG Truck Head (x2)

Job Title: Sales Representative - CNG / LNG Truck Head

Locations: Lagos and Sagamu, Ogun

Job Overview

  • The CNG/LNG Truck Head Sales Representative is responsible for driving the sales of CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) and LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) truck heads.
  • This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their fleet needs, promoting the advantages of CNG/LNG vehicles, and negotiating deals.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer base for CNG/LNG truck heads.
  • Identify and target key segments such as logistics companies, fleet operators, and transportation businesses interested in eco-friendly and cost-effective trucking solutions.

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Assess the specific needs of customers and provide tailored solutions using CNG/LNG truck head products.

Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in CNG/LNG truck technologies, benefits, and industry trends.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, explaining the benefits of switching to CNG/LNG trucks, including cost savings, environmental advantages, and government incentives.

Sales Negotiation & Closing:

  • Develop competitive pricing models and negotiate contracts with clients to close sales.
  • Prepare and present proposals, including detailed pricing, specifications, and product features.
  • Work with internal teams (finance, service, and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders and delivery.

Market Research & Reporting:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the CNG/LNG vehicle market.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market demand to refine sales strategies.

After-Sales Support:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support, including addressing any concerns or issues with the truck heads.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure timely maintenance and servicing of sold vehicles.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure that all sales processes comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and deal status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Automotive or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle & heavy-duty truck industry, preferably in CNG/LNG trucks.
  • Strong knowledge of CNG/LNG technologies, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Min. 3 years’ experience in the sales of commercial vehicles or heavy-duty trucks.

Job Summary

  • We seek to hire a Business Development Officer who will beresponsible for driving the sales of gas equipment, developing marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients to promote the use of CNG/LNG and its equipment.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the CNG/LNG infrastructure and will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s presence in the growing alternative fuel market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Must have understanding of CNG & LNG and its equipment’s markets and a proven track record of establishing contacts and customers
  • Grow our CNG/LNG and its equipment’s business by proactively identifying LNG/CNG opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Identify areas of growth and develop and implement plans/actions to achieve that growth
  • Responsible for understanding client’s needs and articulate opportunity benefits
  • Must be able to sell CNG equipment’s like mother station, daughter station, Pressure Metric Regulating System, skid etc.
