1.) Filling Station Supervisor

Job Title: Filling Station Supervisor 

Location: Papalanto, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Operational Management of the Station
  • Compliance with health and safety principles
  • Manage staff and training
  • Customer Service and Relation
  • Monitoring and Reporting
  • Marketing and Promotion

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess HND / Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with 7 - 10 years’ work experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office, word, excel and PowerPoint to maintain reports.
  • Ideal Candidates will be resident in Papalanto, Ewekoro Local Government, Ogun State or willing to relocate to Papalanto at their own expense.

2.) Quality Assurance Officer

Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead, implement, and maintain our integrated management systems (QMS, EMS, OHSMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee audits, drive system improvements, and ensure ongoing compliance.

Key Responsibilities
System Oversight & Development:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain an integrated QHSE management system per ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), and ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety) standards
  • Conduct gap analyses, risk assessments, and internal audits; prepare for external certification audits

Audit & Certification Activities:

  • Plan, lead, and complete internal and external audits as per certification requirements
  • Evaluate findings and make recommendations for certification decisions using evidence-based approaches

Training & Coaching:

  • Train staff on ISO requirements, audit processes, and system best practices.
  • Mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and update documents, procedures, and records in line with ISO
  • Provide timely, accurate reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting system performance and improvement opportunities

Continual Improvement & Compliance:

  • Monitor performance metrics; drive corrective actions and improvements
  • Stay current with ISO revisions and related industry regulations

Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.

Certifications:

  • ISO Lead or Internal Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (IRCA/Exemplar Global/PECB accredited)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in auditing or implementing ISO management systems
  • Experience in certification audits (2nd/3rd-party) preferred

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO High‑Level Structure
  • Excellent audit planning, risk assessment, analytical, and report writing capabilities
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable Attributes:

  • Additional certifications (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NEBOSH, OSHA)
  • Proven track record of driving system improvements and leading audit teams

Performance Metrics

  • Successful audit outcomes (internal & external)
  • Compliance with corrective/preventive actions
  • Evidence of continual system improvement
  • Staff competency and training effectiveness

3.) CNG Compressor Operator

Job Title: CNG Compressor Operator

Location: Ogijo, Ogun
Employment Type:

Responsibilities

  • Switch from automatic to manual controls and isolate equipment mechanically and electrically to allow for safe inspection and repair work.
  • Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities, including test results, instrument readings, and details of equipment malfunctions and maintenance work.
  • Operating of CNG compressors and auxiliary equipment
  • Starting and stopping of all compressors and auxiliary equipment, such as cooling towers, oil pumps, etc. as dictated by the raising and failing of the line pressure as per instructions.
  • Start-up, stoppage trip-outs, or deviations must be reported to the Control room operator immediately.
  • Drainage of water condensate on an hourly basis.
  • Any abnormalities must be interpreted and compiled in a report
  • Provide report to supervisor daily
  • Interpreted readings and act on reading abnormalities
  • Performs minor repairs on equipment, using hand tools.
  • Operates equipment to purify gases.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned or required.

Requirements

  • Diploma/HND or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 2-5 years of experience as a CNG compressor operator
  • Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of various types of CNG compressors;
  • Operation, adjustment, and maintenance of pneumatic tools and auxiliary equipment;
  • Compliance with health and safety principles.

5.) Solar Panel Installer

Job Title: Solar Panel Installer

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • As a Solar Panel Installer, you would be expected to carry out solar installations on high and low surfaces (as applicable) areas; carry out appropriate sunlight intensity readings; ensure proper structural alignment, and prevent water leakages where possible.
  • You would report directly to the Site System Engineer.
  • Assist Solar Technicians in assembling, installing, or maintaining solar systems on uneven terrain, roofs, or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics
  • Participate in all safety-related processes and programs as requested
  • Ability to set up a 32′ ladder and make use of essential hand tools
  • Understand Voltage/amperage/ohms meter
  • Have basic electric and wiring knowledge
  • Willing to work weekends and able to work on roofs.

Requirements

  • Must possess a First School Leaving Certificate (ND, HND, B.Sc are an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Must be fluent in English language.

Purpose of the Job

  • To carry out solar installation and maintenance services in order to enhance productivity for the company and its clients.

The Job

  • Carry out solar installations and maintenance services for industries.
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning solar equipment and appliances.
  • Conduct comprehensive maintenance and attend to breakdown issues.
  • Carry out Solar inspection tasks and submit reports to the supervisor to ensure production effectiveness.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Carry out planned maintenance on Solar Systems to ensure efficient operation.
  • Respond to emergency repair calls to avoid interruption in operation.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / NABTEB, WAEC certificate in Technical, Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of Solar systems.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.

  • Must be willing and ready to travel at any point in time.
