- The Operations Executive / Manager ensures smooth end-to-end delivery of commercial transactions — from deal agreement to execution to payment.
- The role supports the Sales Team by coordinating internal processes, documentation, follow-ups, and cross-department communication to prevent revenue loss caused by operational gaps, delays, or errors.

Key Responsibilities
Deal Execution Coordination
- Ensure every closed deal is fully documented and properly handed over for execution.
- Track execution milestones to ensure commitments to clients are met.

Cross-Department Alignment
Serve as the central liaison between:
