1.) Store Officer
Location: Admiralty Way, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Store Manager
Duties & Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate record-keeping and complete documentation to confirm stock levels and maintain proper inventory control.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to audit & compliance/ accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
- Ensure that all materials received into the store meet the approved standards and specifications given by the company (e.g. size, quality, brand, expiration date etc).
- Ensure that requisitions are placed in a timely manner with procurement in line with given re-order levels to avoid stocking out.

- Ensure compliance with given standards with regards to issuing of materials.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing and labeling supplies.
- Regular review of the store operation throughout the work process and at completion, including the daily “circle check” to ensure that all products are stored safely.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of expired products in line with given standards
- Ensure the adherence to the FIFO inventory management system.
- Ensure all supplies when received are properly and safely stored in accordance with given guidelines.
- Follow all relevant operational procedures and to ensure that store activity are carried out in a consistent manner.
- Ensure store items are properly stored in pre-designated locations for ease of access and optimization of time and effort in material handling.
- Participate in ad-hoc and scheduled stock counts as and when required.
- Ensure that all store records.g.Inventory system, requisitions, delivery notes and bin cards are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Performs other store-related duties as assigned.

2.) Human Resources Executive
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire excellent staff.
- Hearing & resolving employee conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Training, counselling and coaching of employees.
- Champion the onboarding and induction process, ensuring the process is done in smooth and timely manner.
- Conducting and scheduling performance appraisals in a timely manner.
- Recommending HR policies and procedures as and when required.
- Maintaining workplace health and safety compliance.
- Monitoring staff attendance and overtime.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Monitor scheduled absences such as leave or travel and liaise with managers to ensure that staff absence has been adequately covered for to avoid disruption to business activities.
- Ensure legal compliance with applicable HR federal and state requirements.
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale.
- Ensure that all staff operational resources/materials are available (e.g. staff uniforms, name tags, ID cards etc).
- Ensuring that a proper filing system is maintained for all staff information and records.
- Ensure the timely and smooth run of the monthly payroll process.
- Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
- Perform other necessary HR related duties and administrative tasks as required.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- 3 + years experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office.
- Extensive knowledge of HR laws and policies.
- Similar experience in the hospitality industry will be preferred.
