We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Personnel / Customer Service Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- To build and maintain a good relationship with new and existing customers while providing a high level of expertise.
- He/She must have good communication skills and be willing to work with other team members under minimal supervision.
Description
- Ability to communicate regularly with customers to understand needs, evaluate current product use and cross-sell new products.
Responsibilities
- Being able to generate new businesses and asking for referrals from existing customers.
Qualifications
- Applicants must have a minimum of BSc / HND qualification
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in any Financial institution would be an added advantage.
Skills:
- A 3 days training shall be conducted for better skills acquisition.
Salary / Remuneration
- N150,000 - N225,000 monthly.
- A Monthly income and gratuity plan benefits shall be discussed during the interview.
