Job Vacancy at Zafco International Inc Ghana – Sales And Service Specialist

We are looking to hire a Senior Sales and Service Engineer for our Air Compressor Division (Position: 1)

•  Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals by developing action plans and schedules to identify specific sales prospects, targets, and/or markets and to project number of contacts to be made.
•  Manage, call upon, and sell service products including spare parts, oils, service plans, fixed pricing repairs, overhauls, etc. to customers in assigned area.
•  To promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer compressed air equipment of all types
•  To effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer compressed air equipment.
•  To carry out the install and commissioning of new equipment.
•  To train customers about operations of their Ingersoll-Rand compressed air equipment.
•  To identify spare parts for service orders, in the course of daily duties.

Profile of Candidate:

•  Qualification: BE Mechanical or Diploma from a reputed University/College. MBA would be an added advantage.
•  Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in industrial service sales experience a must, preferably in the compressor industry.
•  International experience would be an added advantage.
•  Must be willing to travel in Ghana and outside.
•  Good Communication skills in English is necessary for this position.
•  Excellent compensation package with salary based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
