Duties

Education Requirements:
- Two (2) years of university studies is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience of Human Resources customer service work in a medium size organization is required.
Job Knowledge:
- Thorough knowledge of 3 FAM, 14 FAM, Employee's Handbook, Department's Personnel, Post Management Instructions and Staff Notices related to FSN administration.
- RHRO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FSN Position Classification and Job Evaluation, Overseas Personnel System, Electronic Recruitment Application (ERA) policy, Recruitment Policy is required.
Skills and Abilities:
- Incumbent must be able to use web-based software.
- Incumbent must be tactful but effective in dealing with HR customers.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to deal effectively with all levels of Embassy employees and have good writing skills.

- S/he performs routine preventive maintenance, cleaning of vehicle and completes trip ticket to notate each trip taken on their shift, including mileage, fuel, condition of vehicle, and passenger details.

Experience:
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional driving experience is required.
Job Knowledge:
- Through knowledge of Lagos and other Nigeria cities, as well as good knowledge of automotive, mechanical, safety and maintenance practices.
- Must be familiar with local traffic laws, traffic laws, traffic patterns, and locations of various government office.
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work on rotational shift schedule, as well as ability to drive carefully and cautiously in heavy and chaotic traffic situation are required.

Duties

- Identification, sorting and Destruction of non-records/overdue records and clearing of records room of materials whose shelf-life have expired or no longer required.
- Maintaining maximum protection and destruction of documents with Personal Identification Information (PII).
- Ensuring the incinerator is in good working condition and maintenance/repairs management is conducted as at when due.
Inventory Management via the Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS): 15%
- Maintenance of computerized inventories of non-Expendable supplies in the warehouse including those in the Guest House and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) - IT items in the Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS).
- Keeps log of incoming and outgoing warehouse items to assists with the inventory control.
- Conducts annual inventory to help ensure that all items are stored properly, no theft has accrued, no safety or fire hazards exist.
