Job Summary

• The Treasury Officeris responsible for managing and analyzing the organizations financial activity.
• They review financial transactions, examine cash flow, assess assets and liabilities, prepare treasury reports, and create financial forecasts and management strategies.
• They ensure that a company is financially efficient and operationally profitable.

Job Description

• Cash-flow preparation and reporting
• Computation & posting of LC finance cost
• Revaluation and clearance of FX difference on all import files
• Reconciliation of ERP schedules with bank updates; bids, forwards, spot; reconciliation with quarterly bank confirmations.
• Liaison with bank reconciliation team on LC posting issues/ transactions
• Creation and detailed reporting of financial models - Cash flow statements, P&L, Balance sheet
• Quarterly audit review of Treasury. Interface with external audit during the year-end audit process

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
• 2-3 years’ experience
• ICAN, ACCA will be an added advantage.
• Experience with financial management systems.
• Excellent computer skills MS Excel, SQL and Power BI.

Job Description

• Observes continuous operation of automatic machines to ensure that products meet specifications and to detect jams or malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary.
• Measures and visually inspects products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
• Sets up, operates, or tends metal or plastic molding, casting, or core making machines to mold or cast metal or thermoplastic parts or products.
• Positions and secures work pieces on machines, and starts feeding mechanisms. The Molding Machine Operator turns valves and dials of machines to regulate pressure, temperature, and speed and feed rates, and to set cycles times.
• Removes finished or cured products from dies or molds, using hand tools, air hoses and other equipment, stamp identifying information on products when necessary.
• Reports observed deviations on machines during operation to technical team and ensure that breakdowns are resolved promptly and permanently.
• Drives start up timing as per plan after every production run on lines in assigned machine by carrying out machine preparation in a timely manner.
• Responsible for reduction of all waste (laminate waste, milk waste, sugar waste etc.) in their respective work areas.
• Adheres to GMP/GHK standards in his Shift, hands over his area with100% compliance to GMP/GHK, executes GMP Audit as per planned weekly calendar, and executes CAP as part of implementation from GMP/GHK Audit.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• A minimum of OND Food Sciences, Engineering or General Sciences.
• 1 - 3 years relevant hands-on FMCG operation and maintenance experience.
• Good understanding of HQSE modalities and codes.
• Good understanding of GMP and GHK (5S) standards
• Good oral communication, influencing and relationship skills.
• Proven experience in PET & RGB Operation and Maintenance.

Job Summary

• A Shift Team Leader plans, organizes, supervises and controls the activity of the production for their assigned area of coverage on his or her shift, in order to fulfil the production plan at a high quality level, with high level safety compliance and optimum costs, according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, supervises and controls the activity of the production for their assigned area of coverage on his or her shift, in order to fulfil the production plan at a high quality level, with high level safety compliance and optimum costs, according to company standards.
• Ensures all quality control parameters and variables are within acceptable targets in his/her Shift (e.g. Brix, Fill Height etc.)
• Is responsible for raw and packaging material on the shop floor, ensures materials are properly staged and is accountable for the usage of same materials.
• Drives start up timing as per plan after every production run on lines in assigned area of coverage.
• Responsible for reduction of all waste across the shop floor (crown, closure, syrup, sugar, label, shrink film etc.).
• Establishes and maintains productive relationships with team, internal customers, peers, institutions, suppliers and employee/ union representatives.

Educational and Professional Requirements

• A minimum of HND or Bsc in Food Sciences, Engineering or General Sciences.
• 3 – 5 years relevant hands-on FMCG operation and maintenance experience.
• Good understanding and experience of current WC manufacturing methodologies.
• Good understanding of HQSE modalities and codes.
• Good understanding of GMP and GHK (5S) standards
• Good oral communication, influencing and relationship skills.
