1.) E-commerce Manager

 

Location: Lagos

Main Objective of the Job

  • To oversee and grow the organization’s online sales. Responsible for the image of the company and generating sales through the internet.

Measurable Outcomes

  • Monthly Active Users (MAU), Bounce rate, Time spent on site, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Average Order Value (AOV), Sales Price Above Minimum (SPAM), Opportunity Cost by SKU




Responsibilities

  • Design and prepare reports for all ecommerce metrics for various online platforms and achieve all growth objectives and develop all enhancements to direct supply network.
  • Design and execute all features of roadmap for ecommerce and prepare reports to be presented to key stakeholders and interpret all data in coordination with business leaders.
  • Administer all Ecommerce activities and incorporate best practices in same to design effective online strategies and recommend improvements to all customer processes.
  • Manage various internal data sources and web analytics tools to enhance customer experience and assist to increase web presence of company and monitor all websites and recommend changes required.
  • Coordinate with key information owners to ensure delivery of all internal resources on time and manage all web site data to ensure accuracy of customer orders and recommend exclusive plans for all key customers to promote ecommerce.
  • Analyze all ecommerce transaction and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and provide support to all associate activities and monitor all site issues and assist in resolution of same.
  • Develop and supervise all activities and plans for various ecommerce projects and coordinate with product development team to prepare an effective schedule for campaigns and ensure compliance to same.
  • Assist all internal parties to understand product deliverables and provide support to all activities on ecommerce platforms and ensure satisfaction of customer at all times.
  • Analyze online user experience of customer and recommend improvements to same and assess effectiveness of all key metrics and monitor all vendor service level agreement to ensure optimal quality of services to customer.
  • Supervise product catalog (upload) and ensure compliance to all product guidelines and coordinate with Direct Channels and improve all market strategies and incorporate latest technology in same and provide optimization in product search.
  • Coordinate with internal team and provide support to all online marketing strategies and prioritize projects and recommend ways to increase traffic to website with incorporation of best tools and assist to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare reports and maintain track of all activities on websites, perform tests and assist in all website conversation and recommend improvements in strategies to increase customer retention and design site content.
  • Maintain optimal level of customer services at all times and ensure simplicity in services and ensure compliance to all legal requirements and monitor all online channels.
  • Administer an effective website strategy and develop and maintain effective relationships with external website developers and advises on all social media strategies, digital marketing.
  • The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the entire e-commerce team and divide up employees on tasks. They will also be responsible for interviewing, bringing their preferred candidates to upper management, and providing necessary training.
  • Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.

2.) Marketing Manager

Department: Brands & Marketing

Main Objective of the Job

  • To design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.

Responsibles / Deliverables / Outcome

  • To oversee and be accountable for all activities and performance of the marketing department - Public Relations, Content, SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, CRM, Brand Marketing, and Marketing Operations departments.
  • To initiate and implement measurable strategies that aid in driving the business’s revenue goals and increase awareness at all levels of the business’s reach
  • Create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive omni channel marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public
  • To partner closely with the Customer Experience Management & Commercial planning teams for the creation of plans and strategies that will have a vast consumer outreach reflecting the targeting, segmentation, and value proposition development of the business.
  • Liaise with sales teams to provide marketing tools that help drive sell -in as well as sell through.
  • To ensure the establishment of first-class online presence that will drive aggressive awareness for the business and significantly assist in the acquisition and retention of the business’s consumers.
  • Conduct thorough analysis on marketing ROI and successfully develop cost effective solutions
  • Develop and implement the organization's multi-channel, multi-segment marketing based on industry-leading insight
  • Spearhead the creation and maintenance of the organization's digital footprint, while effectively utilizing SEO, SEM
  • Ensure the delivery of market research, business intelligence, consumer insights, and reporting required to guide executive-level decision-making

  • Provide ongoing tracking, measurement, KPI, and ROI analysis for the team’s marketing initiatives and campaigns to provide clear, actionable insights that inform and inspire communication for strategic calendar and brand initiatives
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing plans by brand, including strategies and tactics that increase brand awareness, relevancy, and generate demand. This also includes calendarization to connect key messages across all touchpoints with synchronized timing.
  • Lead a customer first mindset, developing a data informed position on who current and target customers are, and implementing strategies and tactics that help us acquire and retain valuable customers.




Skills & Experience

  • First Degree in Marketing business or any related field from a reputable higher institution

3.) Style Writer

 

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Main Objective of the Job

  • To Manage all social media channels and campaigns, to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
  • Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels

Responsibilities

  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
  • Write, Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
  • Promote content on social media
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

4.) Assistant Fashion Designer

 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Draping of Proposed Designs
  • Sketching of designs and its details.
  • Research and create New Design using various fabrics
  • Research for trims & Accessories to fit proposed designs
  • Ensure to ascertain availability of raw materials to use for each specific design created
  • Efficient in picking fabrics, colors, combinations and designs for production.
  • Creative usage of fabric left overs to reduce wastage.
  • Liaise with raw material and external vendors on accessories to be created for outfits produced.
  • Has a vast experience of different fabrics and their special intricacies as it applies to designing most especially for female wear (male wear is an added advantage).
  • Understand bridal wears concepts and its construction.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Superior knowledge of fashion design principles
  • Excellent creativity with a good sense of fashion and style
  • In-depth knowledge of garment technology
  • Ability to create, cut and sew-up patterns
  • Proficiency in computer-aided fashion design applications and digital visualization tools

5.) Pattern Maker

 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Roles Description

  • The role involves the translation of ideas of the designer into a reliable and repeatable patterns and management of the garment manufacturing processes, to enable team work, with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with product designers to discuss the design.
  • Reading and interpreting design models and blueprints.
  • Creating rough-draft templates using computer drafting software/freehand techniques.
  • Measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required.
  • Double-checking the pattern dimensions and style.
  • Meeting with designers to review the final product.
  • Reporting back to company managers.




Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 10 years work experience.
  • Previous experience as a Pattern maker with Luxury Fashion House.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design models.
  • Proficient with computer drafting software including CAD.
  • Excellent fine motor skills.
  • Experience with measuring, and cutting tools.

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an innovative business process ececutive to optimize our business processes.
  • You will be documenting our current processes, recommending improvements, and evaluating the efficiency of changes made to our business processes.




Duties:

  • Evaluate existing business processes.
  • Regularly determine and outline business process improvements.
  • Coordinating process improvement strategies with stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments as needed.
  • Guiding and supervising the team who have been assigned specific tasks within the team
  • Ensure to manage the team to work within timelines
  • Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback
  • Share information real time that enables synergy and ease of work within the team
  • Assist team members determine how to deploy, monitor and measure team resources.
