1.) Field Recovery Officer

 

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Recovery

The position

  • In this role, you’ll be required to rehabilitate accounts in arrears through effective and efficient deployment of standard recovery practices aligned with legal framework requirements.
  • You will also handle customers’ objections and complaints in a professional manner and liaising with respective departments where necessary for prompt resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Engage defaulting customers through the telephone, e-mails & physical visit to demand for payments on overdue accounts.
  • Maintain daily activity logs of number of calls, physical visits, right party contacts, promises to pay and promises to pay kept.
  • Verify information of overdue arrears and follow up with a call and physical visit
  • Negotiate effective payment plan arrangements & settlement that would prevent the account from rolling forward.
  • Tracking of Payments by following up on pending promises.





Requirements

  • University Degree in any related field
  • 2+ years of experience in consumer loans operation directly dealing with delinquent clients and other problem-solving situations

2.) Operations Analyst - Issue Resolution Unit

About the position

  • We are seeking an Operation Analyst to report to the Operations Manager.
  • You will be responsible for carrying out operational functions, customer support functions and other assigned tasks.
  • You will work to meet set service standard and work closely with a Senior Officer to make relevant contributions to the achievement of the overall goals of the organization.

In this role, you will

  • Be responsible for the administration of loan repayments across all repayment channel and provision of operational support for all internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customers complaints/request/enquiries across all departmental touchpoints in other to help provide support to clients and help drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare reports on customers complaints to help drive efficiency.
  • Continue process improvement initiatives and recommendation of solutions that would improve service delivery.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.

3.) Operations Account Reconciliation Officer - Associate

 

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: IT Operations

About the Position

  • We are seeking a Reconciliation (Officer) - Associate to report to the Operations Manager.
  • You will be instrumental in the reconciliation of operational accounts for the business.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Perform daily review of bank statements to identify outstanding transactions and ensure resolution of reconciling items between the bank statements and the core applications.
  • Reconcile transaction settlement from the payment processing companies and the settlement value by the partner banks.
  • Ensure that all transactions on behalf of clients are properly recorded and captured in the relevant core applications by carrying out daily reviews.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports on all transaction’s activities.
  • Continue process improvement initiatives and recommendation of solutions that would improve service delivery, eliminate errors, reduce cost, and optimize account reconciliation.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.





Requirements
Ideally, you will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in accounting or business management role in the Banking Industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certification in Accounting (added advantage).
