Responsibilities
As Product Manager for DTC / Brand Growth reporting to the SVP of Product, you will be required to:

  • Shape a compelling vision and strategy for your part of our product, based on a deep understanding of users’ needs, the market and the competition
  • Define and align meaningful objectives and key results and own the roadmap for your domain
  • Formulate hypotheses that help validate what experiences to design, implement, run and evaluate product experiments to reach your objectives
  • Ensure that valuable features, enhancements, and bug fixes are prioritized and shipped, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights with the rest of the company.

Requirements
We'd Love To Meet Someone With:

  • Previous experience as Product Manager (minimum of 3 years)
  • Experience in taking a product from concept to launch, creating product roadmaps, driving UX decisions.
  • Experience at a high growth company
  • Experience working with consumer facing products, and it is a plus if it is in healthcare!
  • Proven record of improving product KPI:s that are directly impacting revenue metrics.
  • Strong business acumen, attention to detail, strong analytical mindset and a passion for solving problems.
  • Ability to build trust with key stakeholders to align multiple teams and deliver on strategic initiatives; experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Data driven, who use numbers to back up priorities and estimate impact before implementation begins of new initiatives.
  • You have good verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly communicate your product vision in simple and easy to understand language for a broad audience, including senior management, your teams, as well as colleagues from within and outside the team.

  • We’re looking for a passionate Director of UX to join our team and build world-class healthcare solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of UX Designers and UX Researchers that distribute their work across multiple product teams.
  • We are looking for a candidate who has deep understanding of user-centred design principles, a track record of delivering successful products, and ability to create and champion strategies to create strong user experiences at scale.

As Director of UX reporting to the SVP of Product, you will be required to:

  • Own the holistic User Experience on the Reliance Health different product and champion UX through-out the company to help create seamless experiences for all our user groups.
  • Initiate projects and plans to continuously improve the User Experience based on a good understanding of user needs, their behaviours, data analysis, usability testing, customer feedback and evaluation of the current state of the overall experience
  • Lead and build a UX team that excels in User Experience practices and user centred design. This includes coaching the team, shaping roles, recruiting new talents, improving practices, and creating a motivating environment for people to collaborate positively, strive and develop
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to develop UX plans and strategies that align with our product and business goals
  • Work with both Brand, Product and Engineering teams to ensure a distinctive and consistent design language across all of our products
  • Communicate extensively to your team and all relevant stakeholders key updates, design decisions, rationale, and direction through presentations and other documentation

Requirements

  • Insatiable curiosity about customers, their problems and wants constantly hunting for new insights to develop better experiences to them
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
