Description
- The role is responsible for the provision, administrative and secretarial support to senior executives and management.
- This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills to facilitate efficient operations within the company.
Responsibilities
Calendar Management:
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings with necessary documents and information.
Communication:
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.

2.) Admin & Fleet Executive
Job Title: Admin & Fleet Executive

- This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills to facilitate efficient operations within the company and interface with external bodies.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between the organisation and embassies, airlines, and travel agents to process travel documents and purchase airline tickets for all official trips within and outside the country.
- Oversees activities of the organisation’s pool cars and drivers, responding promptly to cases of delinquency, accidents and other emergencies and escalating issues where necessary to management.
- Liaises with insurance companies and regulatory bodies to ensure prompt renewal of licenses and insurance for vehicles.
- Liaises with the procurement officer for prompt purchase of vehicle accessories and manage the fuelling for the organisation’s pool cars.
- Liaises with vendors/external maintenance workers to negotiate cost effective rates for vehicle maintenance.
- Oversee the deployment and scheduling of vehicles and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee the renewal of vehicle papers and licenses.
- Supervises drivers, movement logs, leave management, welfare e.t.c.
- Other administrative jobs as may be assigned by the Head of Human Resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience on the job and in relevant administrative role preferably in the oil and gas industry.

3.) Personal Assistant
Job Title: Personal Assistant

- To work closely with the Group Managing Director to provide direct administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Screening GMD’s personal phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate.

4.) LPG Supervisor (x2)
Job Title: LPG Supervisor

Job Summary
- The candidate is responsible for overseeing the managing, operating and safety of the company’s LPG plant.
Key Duties
- Manages all LPG Plant operations as well as staff-related matters.
- Maintains excellent standards in all operational activity, driving sales and profitability through the effective deployment and development of LPG cashier and operators in line with approved budgets.
- Ensures that the due process is carried out in the discharge of products and puts in various controls to minimise fraud.
- Facilitates daily stock requests from the LPG terminal.
- Implement measures to ensure seamless and safe receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of products in the plant.
- Facilitate regular facility inspection and maintain high standard HSE and implement maintenance controls/measures.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preference to guide Rainoil LPG offering accordingly.
- Report on LPG sales / financial results to LPG Coordinator.
- Monitors and evaluates plant operational and marketing results and develops interventions to promote business development and growth.
- Evaluation of daily sales of LPG and lodgements
- Compiles and analyses periodic sales records and consolidates such reports to the LPG Coordinator.
- Manage all technical aspects of operations of the LPG plant including the storage facility.
Requirements
- Minimum of BSc / HND in respective areas of study as indicated for LPG Supervisor.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience.
- Honesty, commitment, hardworking and self-motivation.

5.) Laboratory Technician

Job Description
- To ensure that our products meet the company / industry quality specifications and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducts and Ensures correctness of quality tests on products.
- Reviews the blending process to ensure the integrity of product formulations.
- Plans for and implements periodic and routine testing of product samples.
- Maintains a log of test records on products and identifies the need for quality and standards improvement.
- Receives feedback and complaints on products quality and ensures that they are addressed.
- Conducts customer quality satisfaction survey and presents findings and recommendations to the head, Q/AC
- Ensures that laboratory equipment and tools are appropriately calibrated and checked to maintain accuracy and reliability.

6.) IT Officer
Job Title: IT Officer

- To manage and maintain the network infrastructure of Rainoil, as well as the acquisition, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware devices
- To manage all software applications running on the hardware devices and ensure that they provide adequate support to Rainoil in order to achieve set objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides robust IT platforms and infrastructure to support Rainoil Logistics business operations.
- Assists in implementing IT strategies, policies, and procedures
- Plans, designs, and maintains data networks and servers
- Provides technical support to users on network issues
- Administers day-to-day operations of networks and servers
- Implements LAN/WAN maintenance and management procedures.
- Establishes and maintains user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges on the company intranet
- Installs, supports, and maintains both physical and virtual network servers and appliances
- Oversees the day-to-day operation of computer networks within Rainoil Logistics
- Liaises with the Internet Service Providers and other vendors for cost effective services in line with Service Level Agreements

- Assists the Team Lead, Information Technology in the deployment of computer hardware around the company
- Manages relationship with service providers to ensure seamless, cost effective and hitch free internet connectivity

- Experience: 2-5 years experience as an IT Officer.

7.) Safety Officer
Job Title: Safety Officer

Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitors the inspection of trucks periodically to ascertain road worthiness as well as escalating any current or potential issues.
- Performs periodic safety drills e.g., fire drills to ascertain the workers have a good understanding of the process in case of an emergency.
- Ensures that the business is compliant with statutory, regulatory, industry and other HSE requirements.

- Coordinates the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation, workplace inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures in facilities
- Coordinate emergency procedures, Depot rescues, firefighting and first aid crews
Requirements
- Minimum of HND in Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences, Administration or Humanities.
- Minimum of three (3) years working experience in the Safety and/or Environment role in the Oil & Gas or Manufacturing Industry
- HSE Certifications is desired.

8.) Account Executive
Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Lagos

Description
- Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Account Officer is responsible for preparing financial reports and maintaining all records relating to assets, liabilities, revenue and expenditure, payments, verifying accounts payable and receivable and other financial activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles all general accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger administration (by updating the accounting application with transactions as they occur), preparing journal entries, preparing monthly closing and financial reports, bank reconciliation.
- Validation of transactions and verification of their impact on the accounts
- Support to ensure timely and accurate periodic closure of accounts (monthly/yearly), and submission of reports to the Finance Manager as per reporting timelines.
- Ensure accounts receivable and payable activities (especially with depots and commercial sales) are performed accurately and timely.
- Documents and updates record of all fixed assets to ensure assets are properly valued, accounted for, and safeguarded.
- Computes direct expenses as well as proper booking of all expenses.
- Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
- Support Preparation and Coordination of Financial Audit.
- Ensure timely and effective follow up of all audit observations and recommendations.
- Computes and remits various deductibles e.g., Pension funds, PAYE.
- Prepares periodic financial reports and other financial documents as required.
- Proper and complete documentation and filing/storing for easy retrieval of all accounting related documents.
- Evaluating internal control systems and providing necessary suggestions
- Perform other duties as required by the Head, financial accounts, and the Direct Supervisor.
Requirements
- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related discipline
- Relevant professional certification e.g., Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in the Finance/ Treasury/ Accounts function in a similar organization.
