1.) Card Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Card Operations manager is responsible for managing the card related operations payment processing, operations policies and procedures as well as recommend required changes to increase card efficiency.
Job Duties
- Responsible for ensuring card operations are functioning optimally and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the review and recommendation of card operations systems and procedures and also, coordinating general Operations
- Manage the card operations activities by planning and scheduling departmental activities and workload and coordinating with related departments to ensure that operational schedules are met.
- Lead and implement operational support strategy for card holders.
- Handle all card payment reconciliations and settlements.
- Responsible for all - round card management operations.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years’ experience working as a Card Operations Specialist / Manager in the top Commercial Banks.
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in a renowned tertiary institution.
- Card Management experience
- Passion for conceiving, creating and designing useful, innovative products.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

2.) Deputy Sector Manager (Sales)
Location: Nigeria

Job Summary
- The Deputy Sector Manager is responsible for Driving the company’s business in the region responsible for offline merchant acquiring in different sectors and overseeing the activities of the sector sales Manager as well as the sector sales assistant (Supermarket, Eateries & Restaurants, Education, Entertainment, Media& Religious Org Sector) developing strategies to increase sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the activities of the Sales Managers & Sales Assistants
- Onboarding and managing key merchants in the identified sectors in their locality
- Hit sales quotas, coordinate sales assistants to ensure they prospect and onboard businesses.
- Engaging with corporate organizations to introduce them to our products.
- Train Merchants on the benefits of Our Debit Card and Other products Solve Card related issues reported by agents.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them
- Continuously build a stronger Agent network.
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Design and ensure implementation of scalable sales strategy for their team member
- Follow up with sales assistant to ensure active and inactive business partners are visited and if need be mobilize retrieval of POS from inactive business partners
- Recruit, onboard and train sales assistants and continuously improve sales processes
- Ensure sales assistants meetup target.
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients

Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Business, Marketing, and any related course
- Relevant prior experience of 4-6 years as Merchant Acquisition Executive in an Agency Banking firm, FINTECH, or Direct Sales Executive in a commercial Bank or Entertainment or Media firm
- Business Development Experience in an FMCG, Food and Drinks as well as Educational Sector will also be considered
- Previous achievement in the public and private sector.
Remuneration
- N250,000 - N300,000 Basic / month.
- Performance- Based Bonus - N250,000 - N300,000

3.) State Sector Manager (Sales)

- The State Sector Manager high-performing Sales professionals to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. The Sector Manager will be responsible for maximizing our sector team potential, crafting sales plans, and onboarding merchants.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully onboarding key sector merchants.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to onboard and manage sector relationships.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting merchant relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to line manager.
- Identify emerging opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Previous experience as a medical sales manager in a pharmaceutical distribution firm
- Relevant prior experience of 5 - 7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development with minimum 3 years as a manager or regional lead from a Pharmaceutical distribution company or FINTECH(mobile money or payment solutions firm) commercial bank.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise.
