1.) ICT Career Counselor / Sales Executive
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information of our services to clients
- Sell courses to clients
- Collaborate with faculties, and center head to identify, define, and meet student career planning and placement needs, goals, and objectives
- Resolve complaints of clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain positive relationships with clients / customers
- Ensure sales target are met
- Attend to inquiries and update inquiry data daily
Job Requirement
- Minimum of a B.Sc / HND in any relevant field
- Candidate should reside aroundAjah Axis or its environs
- 1-2 years experience preferably in sales, marketing or related fields
- Basic knowledge of IT courses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Proficient in the use Microsoft office
- Self-motivated with a result driven approach
- Friendly demeanour and good persuasive skill
Salary
N45,000 - N50,000 Monthly.

2.) ICT Instructor (NYSC)
Locations: Ikeja, Ajah, Ikorodu - Lagos & Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: NYSC
Job Description
- Corp members are needed to serve as ICT Instructor
- The instructor is responsible for the coordination, planning, preparation, presentation of training to clients according to NIIT’s cardinal rules/curriculum structure.
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
At a minimum, the essential functions of the instructor are:
- To coordinate, plan, organize, and instruct courses
Job Requirements
- B.Sc Degree
- Must possess baisic knoweldge of (IT) or have an (IT) experience / background.
- Must be a corper member in need of PPA who has either been posted or redeployed to Lagos.
- Must be ready to resume work immediately.
Salary
N25,000 - N30,000 Monthly.

3.) Accountant / Audit Personnel
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
- Document financial transactions
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
- Examining expenses submitted by employees
- Process Receipts for incoming payments
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Contribute to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Accounting or related fields
- 1 - 2 years experience in similar field
- Must be proficient in the use of Peach tree
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, excel, accounting software and databases
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 Monthly.

4.) Central Accountant
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Purpose of Job
- Support the development and implementation of finance and accounts initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Developing and managing financial systems / policies by negotiating and obtaining finance for major projects.
- Performing financial recordkeeping, as well as protecting sensitive and confidential information.
- Completing analysis of expenditures and allocating same to each centre
- Preparing reports and budgets
- Generating the Head office’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
- Reconciling the Head Office’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Keeping a check on the Head Office’s finances based on financial status
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software.
- Create stock issue journal and maintain stock sheet for course wares received.
- Post bank charges at the End of month using bank statement for reconciliation purpose.
- Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in management and financial accounting.
Job Requirements
Educationanl Qualification:
- B.Sc in Accounting or any other relevant field.
- AAT / ICAN Certifications is an added advantage
Experience:
- At least two-years experience
- Proven experience as an Account officer
- Candidate must have knowledge in recording transactions using accounting software
- Must have the ability to follow up on service providers and ensure that a company’s invoices and payments match up correctly.
- Bank Reconciliation process.
