1.) Commercial Project Manager
Location: Abuja

What Duties Will You Have?
- You will take on commercial responsibility on our major projects, service units or in a central area.
- You will work on all business management tasks and support the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
- The preparation and creation of various analyses and evaluations, such as cost target/actual comparisons, is also part of your duties.
- Furthermore, you will be involved in the selection and scheduling of the commercial staff on site.

What Skills Must You Have?
- You have completed a commercial degree or comparable training.

2.) Strategy and Acquisitions Manager
Location: Abuja

Duties
- Devise Acquisition strategies, identify sectors and companies that might be viable business targets
- Prepare or provide oversight of :
- Strategic assessments of, and valuation models for, M&A opportunities
- Present to key internal stakeholders, using strategic and valuation tools, and suggest recommendations regarding M&A opportunities;
- Project management plans to support execution of M&A due diligence processes.
- Provide meaningful business insight on proposed acquisitions based on the analyses completed
- Advise on integration structures, based on multidimensional analysis (legal, tax, financial, technical, etc.);
- Management of key external M&A stakeholders including Bankers and legal, tax, financial and technical advisers
- Contribute to identifying acquisition cost savings and profit maximization for M&A opportunities;
- Advise on financing options for implementation of any proposed transaction;
- Perform all duties in accordance with Julius Berger’s policies, processes, systems and procedures;
- Prepare decks and all associated material required for Board Approval and Financial Close;
- In close liaison with the Investor Relations function, preparation of strategic market information and communication.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Related Field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 12 years with 4 years occupying a similar position in in strategy consulting, investment banking, PE/VC or corporate strategy departments
- Fluent German and English (spoken / written) are required
- Relevant certification in any of the following CFA, PMP PRINCE II
- Strong verbal, written and numerical skills
- Demonstrated analytical and strategic skills and experience working with complex challenges
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and financial statement analysis
- Strong business, financial and valuation modelling and analysis skills, including interpretation and translation of management and financial information into insightful assessments and conclusions.
- Legal and regulatory knowledge of M&A transactions.

4.) Scheduler
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Job Description
- We are looking to recruit a full-time Scheduler (M / F / X) for the major “Abuja Kano Road” Project in Nigeria.
- A four-lane motorway between the capital city of Abuja and the northern metropolis of Kano, measuring around 380 kilometres in length is to be refurbished with large sections being newly constructed.
- The project also comprises almost 700 drainage and around 50 bridge structures, which must be strengthened and included in the overall concept.
- Our experts will be taking a genuine innovation to Nigerian road building in the form of the cold bitumen mixing process as this sustainable method protects resources and significantly reduces emissions.
Job Duties
What duties will you have?
- Adjustment of work calculations and preparation of schedules using the TILOS software package
- Analysis of project progress, reporting; replanning procedures on site if necessary
- Recording downtimes/problems on site
- Preparation of supplement management
- Volume analyses and forecasts using TILOS
- Preparation and updating of detailed work plans (on the basis of TILOS)
Job Requirements
What skills must you have?
- Degree in Building Engineering (bachelor's or Master's Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification from a polytechnic or technical university)
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position (ideally with overseas experience)
- Very good skills in TILOS; alternative very good skills in PRIMAVERA
- Good English skills (written and oral)
- Teamwork, flexibility.
